国际教育文凭研讨会

At ISA Tianhe, we make sure that our teachers have continued professional development. Teachers of ISA are committed to student learning and came for a weekend IB workshop. Professional development makes instructors better and more qualified by empowering them to generate proper and customised course instructions for today's pupils. 

为确保高标准的教学需求,爱莎天河的教师团队定时参加培训和研讨会,以助力教学。为此,爱莎天河学校于2月4日-2月5日开展了为期两天的IB国际文凭教育研讨会。通过本次活动,教师们互相交流和学习,相互分享教学经验,以及提升教学品质,为学生提供更好的和个性化的课程指导。


We were privileged to have this professional development workshop conducted by Ms Annie Chew (IBEN International Baccalaureate Educator Network  Workshop Leader). Teachers, Senior Leadership Team members and Operations staff attended this workshop. The workshop was to analyse/monitor more about IB framework and how we can achieve a successful learning journey for our students. When educators participate in professional development programs, it enables them to expand their knowledge base. In addition, it will make them experts in the subject areas they teach.

我们有幸邀请到Annie Chew女士(IBEN-国际文凭教育工作者网络 研讨会负责人)主持这次专业发展研讨会。学校领导团队成员、教学部门成员、职能部成员参与了本次研讨会。研讨会的目的是分析和讨论更多关于国际文凭教育的框架和信息,以及我们如何为学生创造一个愉快且丰富的学习之旅。通过本次研讨会,所有参会人员均学习到了许多教育知识和技能,这也将帮助教师成为他们所教学科领域的专家。

As per the above IB mission statement, we want our students to be successful in their learning, be international minded and have essential skills to cope with in the 21st century. Educators collaborated and worked together during this two-day workshop to enhance their teaching methods. Teachers were active learners and strived to enrich the Inquiry based teaching and learning, student-initiated inquiry and agency. 

本着IB教学使命,我们希望学生可以在学习上取得成功,培养孩子们成为胸襟开阔、富有国际视野的人,以及掌握21世纪所需的综合能力,成为终身学习者。在为期两日的研讨会上,教育者们一起合作和交流,为孩子们提供更好的教学模式。教师也是一个活跃的学习者,秉承探究去教学和学习。期待接下来会有更多的IB交流活动面向爱莎教师、家长、员工。
