During the Buddy Reading, ISA students become tour guides and reading partners, leading Yang Ai children to visit the library, introducing the various divisions and functions of the library, and jointly selecting books of interest to enjoy reading.
During the reading process, ISA students also acted as little translators, reading books vividly with the team members.
"This kid needs to explain slowly before he can understand," volunteers guided ISA students aside. "This-book-is-is...", they slowed down, and explored the world of books with the children.
As the reading continued to go further, the distance between the children gradually narrowed, and they began to accept and trust each other, with bright smiles on their faces.
