As we enter a new semester, and for many students, their final semester at ISA Tianhe, Y5 spent some time this week learning about and participating in team building activities.

对于五年级学生而言,这将是他们在爱莎天河的最后一个学期。因此,他们展开了一系列的团队合作活动。


Teamwork teaches essential communication and social skills, such as active listening and effective speaking. Students learn how to delegate responsibilities in order to perform individual roles as well as learn how to listen to one another to function as a cohesive unit.

团队建设活动锻炼学生们的沟通和社交技巧,比如积极聆听和有效沟通。学生们学习如何分配和执行个人任务和如何相互倾听彼此的声音,以构建一个有凝聚力的团队。

Collaboration & Friendship 


As a result, children also learn how to respectfully and confidently express their ideas and opinions effectively in a group setting, which is a vital skill in almost every area of life.

学生们学习如何尊重地和自信地去表达自己的主意和观点,以上这些都是生活中重要的技能。


Furthermore, team building also shows students that their voices are respected and valued. Knowing that they will be heard helps to build a student’s confidence, while encouraging further participation in group activities. As a result, even the most introverted and quietest members of the class can become active participants and learn to enjoy collaboration. With the Y5 PYP Exhibition, fast approaching, these skills will be invaluable.

在团队建设中,学生们的意见和想法得到了尊重和重视,有助于建立他们的自信心和鼓励他们进一步参与到团体活动中。因此,即使是内向和安静的学生也会勇于表达自己的想法和学会享受团队合作,成为积极的参与者。随着五年级的毕业成果展临近,学生们可以把这些技能运用到成果展中。



The benefits of teamwork and effective collaboration almost always translate into success outside the classroom. There are very few career paths that operate in isolation; therefore, introducing students to collaborative environments early in their school experiences presents opportunities for them to become more productive and joyful as they work with others and help them to reach their future goals.

在课堂之外,团队合作与有效沟通也同等重要,例如在他们未来的职业道路上。如果学生在校园生活中进行丰富的团队活动并积累团队合作经验,这将有助于他们将来在与他人合作的过程中变得更加富有成效并能从中获得快乐,帮助他们实现未来的目标。
