University offers from Early Action and Early Decision are arriving, and the first graduates of ISA Wenhua GZFLS IB Programme are receving offers from prestigious schools around the world.
The university offers secured by the first graduates have many highlights. Congratulations to the IB students of ISA Wenhua GZFLS IB Programme for such fruitful achievements!
Looking back at the start of the Programme in 2020, there was no public IBDP in Guangzhou. Guangzhou Foreign Language School and ISA International Education Group reached a cooperation partnership based on common education philosophies, and jointly established the first IBDP in a public school in Guangzhou, with the intention to create a new star of international education in a public school in the Greater Bay Area.
From the start of admission at the end of May 2020 to the start of school in September 2020, within a few months, ISA Wenhua Guangzhou Foreign Language School IB Programme has attracted more than 30 founding students. In just over two years, with education from the experienced and professional teaching team, ample support in ESL and competitions, rich extracurricular activities, and in-depth and personalized guidance from the university counselling team, the IB students have achieved impressive results in winning many awards in major international competitions in mathematics, physics, chemistry, economics, business, and academic leadership with an average of 1.4 awards per student. They have for many times won global gold awards and global silver awards.
As the founding students of the Programme who have also experienced the Covid-19 phase, the first IB graduates have encountered unique difficulties and shouldered unique responsibilities. Truly showing the spirit of independent learning and lifelong learning of IB learners, actively participating in various social practice activities and academic courses, to continuously improve themselves, the IB students have grown rapidly and achieved immensely. Their positive mentality in the face of adversity and the spirit of inquiry they learned in the IB courses allowed them to gain recognition from world-renowned schools in their early applications.
