广州市荔湾区区长谭明鹤等一行调研考察广州荔湾爱莎国际教育项目

On June 2nd, Minghe Tan, Mayor of Liwan District of Guangzhou, together with the heads of relevant departments such as Development and Reform Commission, Bureau of Education, Residence and Construction Department, Urban and Rural Planning Bureau, Fire Department and Hailong Street Office, visited Guangzhou ISA Liwan International Campus Project (hereinafter referred to as ISA Liwan) to inspect the construction progress and overall situation. Junwen Wang, School Board of ISA International Education Group, and Weiqiang He, general manager of Guangzhou ISA Lingnan Education Investment Co., Ltd., accompanied during the whole process.

6月2日，广州市荔湾区区长谭明鹤莅临爱莎荔湾，现场调研项目建设进度及总体情况。荔湾区发改委、教育局、住建局、规划局、消防部门、海龙街道办等相关部门负责人陪同调研。爱莎国际教育集团董事王君文、广州爱莎岭南教育投资有限公司总经理何卫强全程陪同。

今秋开学，投资1.8亿美元以自主产权重磅打造、极具岭南文化特色的国际教育项目——荔湾爱莎国际学校将投入使用。爱莎荔湾自2021年3月取得用地后即投入建设，目前项目已进入工程全面验收的收尾阶段，部分建筑已经完成竣工验收备案，全部建筑将于2022年6月底达到投用标准。

Opening from this fall, ISA Liwan, an international education project with Lingnan cultural characteristics, which was built by ISA International Education Group with 180 million US dollars of independent property rights, will be put into use. The project has been put into construction immediately since the acquisition of land in March 2021. At present, the project has entered the final stage of the comprehensive acceptance, and some buildings have been completed and put on record. All the buildings will reach the standard of operation by the end of June this year.

“我们深刻感受到荔湾区对教育事业的重视和支持，非常感恩各部门对荔湾爱莎一直以来的指导和帮助，经常组织现场办公为项目排忧解难，时刻关注项目的推进情况。”爱莎国际教育集团董事王君文表示，得益于荔湾区优质高效的营商环境和氛围，荔湾爱莎项目得以在兼顾疫情防控等多方面情况的基础上，按既定目标完成建设和开学任务。爱莎荔湾会继续努力配合广州市、荔湾区教育事业“十四五”发展规划，认真落实项目开学前的各项工作，为广州传统教育名区增添教育的新气象，为推动荔湾区教育对外开放作出贡献。

"We deeply recognize the importance and support of Liwan District for education. We are very grateful for the guidance and help from various departments to ISA Liwan, as they often organize on-site offices to solve problems for the project, and always care about the progress of the project." Junwen Wang, School Board of ISA International Education Group, said that thanks to the high-quality and efficient business environment and atmosphere in Liwan District, the project was able to complete the construction and school opening tasks according to the established goals on the basis of taking into account various aspects such as epidemic prevention and control. ISA Liwan will continue cooperating on education development plan of the "14th Five-year plan" with Guangzhou and Liwan government, earnestly implement the work before the opening of the school, add a new atmosphere of education to the famous traditional education district of Guangzhou, and make contributions to promoting education of Liwan District to the world.

谭明鹤区长表示，爱莎荔湾是荔湾区的重点项目，投资较大，对周边区域有较大带动作用，在建设过程中多次克服了包括疫情在内的各种困难，工程建设迅速有序，充分体现荔湾爱莎对教育投入的决心与履约的实力。区政府和各部门全力支持项目建成、投用所需的各项工作，并着力改善项目周边及海龙片区的道路畅顺和交通安全，确保相关学校开学后师生的出行得到周全的保障。

District Mayor Minghe Tan said that ISA Liwan is a key project in Liwan District, with a huge investment and a great driving effect on the surrounding areas. During the construction process, the project met with various difficulties, including the pandemic, but they all had been overcome. The whole construction process is rapid and orderly, fully reflects the determination of all the staff of ISA Liwan and the Group. The district government and the relevant departments will fully support the work needed for the completion and commissioning of the project, and strive to improve the road condition and traffic safety around the campus and the Hailong area, so as to ensure that the smooth travel of teachers and students after the opening of the school is fully guaranteed.

谭区长勉励爱莎荔湾要将项目的各项工作做精、做深、做细、做实，充分整合各方面资源，将项目打造成大湾区国际融合创新教育示范区，与社区、街道共同协作，以保障师生安全为第一要务，做好各项安全管理工作。

District Mayor Tan encouraged ISA Liwan to complete all the project meticulously, deeply, detailedly, and practically, fully integrate all aspects of resources, build the project into an international and innovative education demonstration area of in the Great Bay Area, and cooperate with the surrounding communities, ensure the safety of teachers and students as the first priority, and perform well on safety management.
