身穿白色剑服，头戴银色面具 ，手持一把利剑，你就是一个“剑客”。来到击剑队你要付出时间、毅力、坚持、汗水，并且要有为校争光的决心和勇气。校队训练中，同学们会进一步练习击剑的基本动作和战术，不断的锻炼身体的灵敏、协调、反应速度、动作速度，加强爆发力、耐力和身体素质。相信所有加入了击剑队的同学们都能够享受到竞技体育的快乐。

• 具备良好的思想品德，热爱击剑运动并且有强烈意愿加入校队者。

• 因为是团训（团队合作模式），无特殊原因不许请假、迟到、早退。

• 能坚持参加每周100分钟的专业训练。

• 实战姿势

• 简单步伐，弓步

• 爆发力冲刺、往返跑

高尔夫球运动是利用不同的高尔夫球杆（club）将高尔夫球打进球洞（hole）的一项运动项目。高尔夫球运动是一项具有特殊魅力的运动，让人们在优美的自然环境中锻炼身体、陶冶情操、修身养性、交流技巧，被誉为“时尚优雅的运动”。高尔夫是世界公认的可以接触最久、时间最长，且温和、智能的运动，没有体力的极限及成绩的优劣限制，是需要身体与脑力智能，讲究协调性的难度运动。何不尝试加入高尔夫校队一探究竟呢？

条件：

• 具备良好的思想品德，热爱高尔夫运动并且有强烈意愿加入校队者。

• 因为是团训（团队合作模式），无特殊原因不许请假、迟到、早退。

• 能坚持参加每周100分钟的专业训练。

选拔内容（重要）：

• 队员需要达到中国青少年高尔夫等级考试3级以上的学员

• 下场成绩110杆以内

• 现场测试 7号铁全挥杆10颗中打击布5颗，推杆1码进洞5颗进2颗，3码进半径0.15码的圈5颗进2颗

年龄：

3-9年级，有高尔夫参赛经验的同学优先

高尔夫选拔时间、人数：

• 时间：2021年1月29日 星期五下午15：15-16：30  

• 地点：高尔夫球场

• 人数：4人（小学组）；4人（中学组）

• 参加选拔请自带装备

高尔夫队训练时间：

Selection Standard（Important）：

·The players need to reach the level 3 or above of China Junior Golf examination

·Able to hit 110 strokes on the field

·On site test of No.7 iron full swing 10 pieces, 5 pieces of hitting cloth, 5 pieces of putter 1 yard into hole, 2 pieces of putter 3 yards into circle with radius of 0.15 yards, 5 pieces of putter 2 pieces

Age Group：

Students from G3 to G9, students with experience in golf competitions are preferred

Time and Numbers to be Selected：

· Time: 15:15-16:30 on Friday,  29th Jan, 2021 

· Location: Golf Yard on Campus

· Numbers to be Selected：4 students from G3-G5; 4 students from G6-G9
