毛同学妈妈在她“接地气”的演讲中，为我们讲述的话题是有关“个人行为管控”。

我们印象深刻：在飞马德里航班上有一位先生不带口罩并言出无礼，周围的旅客都用鄙视的眼光瞪着他。

保护好自己，也是为他人负责。

推及到平常飞机起飞降落的“安全起降11分钟”工作中，有乘客不重视系安全带，殊不知每一位航空人员负责任的检查与提醒，她们工作认真，公民们也应当对自己的安全负责。

毛妈妈提出，一个成年人，如果不能管理好自己的行为和情绪，那这就如同巨婴。

让我们学会早日管控好自己，对自己更有责任感。

In her down-to-earth speech, Johnson Mao's mom told us about "personal behavior control".

 We were impressed: passengers on a flight to Madrid stared at a gentleman who didn't wear a mask and spoke rudely.

Behaving ourselves is to protect ourseves and to be responsible for others.

When it comes to the "key 11 minutes of taking off and landing", passengers who do not attach importance to wearing seat belts are threatening their own lives and those of others. 

We need to learn how to control our own behaviors and to be more responsible!

自古英雄在战场上有多骁勇，如今医护人员就有多果敢，古往今来大智大勇之人才能取得最终的胜利。

我们学校很荣幸也有一位这样的医生家长，崔爸爸是上海曙光医院的一线医生，作为一名主任医生，深知一将无能，累死三军，凡事要思虑周全，他选择在上海压阵指挥，不乱方寸。

他谨慎而坚定地面对疫情，理性认识，科学防护。就像张文宏：“最重要从来不是歌颂牺牲，而是避免战士无谓地牺牲。”这些医生偶像们正是因为态度务实、专业，才得到大家的推崇、听从。

崔爸爸讲述亲历的例子，以色列医生工作中依然头顶小帽子，他们说这是因为他们把医生视为神职工作，治病救人要有宗教般的虔诚信仰，崔爸爸说，对待职业的态度要有敬畏之心，有职业自豪感。

崔爸爸同时讲到了卫生传播影响力可能影响一个朝代的直接灭亡。黑死病造成了文艺复兴的开始 ；而清兵入侵明朝灭亡也是因为鼠疫。

疫情之大，看似遥远，其实，世界、国家、社区、家庭、个人都是分不开的。未来职业，这项工作意义和责任巨大。

       The heroic courage that our medical personnel have shown in this outbreak is equivalent to that of soliders in the battle field of ancient times.The history has proved itself – people with wisdom and courage will win.

       We are honored to invite one of our students’ parent, Mr. Cui Song,  who is a frontline doctor and chief physician at Shanghai Shuguang Hospital, to have a insightful lecture with our students during the CAS session this week.  He is clearly aware that a general without full consideration and composure may tire out his soilders. Therefore, he chose to steer the situation in the home front- Shanghai.

Guided by rational knowledge and scientific prevention methods, Doc. Cui faces the epidemic in a prudent yet determined way. As Doc. Zhang Wenhong states, “the pivotal is not to encourage and praise self-sacrifice, but to avoid unnecessary sacrifice.” Because of their pragmatism and professionalism, doctors have become the idols of young people and received great esteem.

       In the lecture, Doc. Cui shared his experience working with an Israeli doctor. He learned the reason why doctors in Israel wears a little hat at work is that they regard their work sacred – as it is required to hold reverent belief when curing the patients. Doc. Cui can not agree more, “doctors should hold respect towards their job with awe and glory.

      Doc. Cui also mentions that a country’s public hygiene may cause its ruin. The plague in Europe led to the beginning of the Renaissance; The demise of Ming Dynasty was partially due to the plague. 

     Though it may seem far way, this unprecedentedly massive epidemic needs  concerted efforts from every single person, every household, every community, every country, and even the whole world.

       Chris校长从社会学和心理学的角度指出，面对疫情每个国家的反应不一样也是由其根植的社会文化决定的。疫情爆发带来的危害，并不只是影响人们的身体健康，更多的是由此引起的心理，社会和经济波动。在我们这个互联互通的时代，任何一个国家的公共事件都会在全球引起波澜，不同的文化也会给予反馈。
