During this special period, Ardingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten) continued to receive a lot of attention from outside families, and there was a lot of interest in the kindergarten's curriculum, teachers, further education and environment.
To help you learn more about the kindergarten without leaving home, a group of education experts will be available to meet you in the "cloud" this Saturday, December 24, from 10:00am - 11:30am to talk to you online about the future of elite education at Ardingly College Zhongshan.
This Kindergarten Virtual Open Day will feature a host of education experts, including Ms. Hannah, the Chinese Head of Early Years, and Ms. Caroline, Deputy Academic Director & IB PYP Coordinator, who will provide one-stop information sharing on kindergartens and more cutting-edge education methods.
Since its official opening in the fall of 2022, Ardingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten) has been receiving a lot of interest and support from families in the Greater Bay Area. There are now only a few seats left in each year group of the kindergarten. This event will share exclusive information on the class setting, available seats, campus, and application requirements for each div. As an important part of the school, Ardingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten) is an IB PYP candidate school officially approved by the International Baccalaureate Organization, combining the essence of Chinese and Western pedagogies. The aim of the IB PYP is to provide students with an inquiry-based transdisciplinary framework incorporating 6 Units of Inquiry.

Mr. Alan Wang, of EVA Architects and former chief designer (education projects) of Perkins-Will, a world-renowned architectural firm, is an Australian and British Royal Certified Architect who served as the chief designer of the school. It is developed like it’s own micro-city, to encourage socialisation, creativity, and inclusion all within the Ardingly College Zhongshan campus. Our school spaces serve to empower our students with the core value of using spaces as a platform to enhance global leadership and global competencies.As a popular entry in China and abroad, the school has lived up to its reputation by earning the recognition of highly renowned international organisers. The theme of the building is 'space', aiming to create an imaginative and fun space for children to explore. The kindergarten was designed in four divs to increase the accessibility of each div to the outdoor environment. All divs are connected on the ground floor and form a roof terrace on the second floor. In between the four divs form outdoor courtyards of different sizes and functions. Using the "windmill" as inspiration, the four arc-shaped buildings turn to different directions, allowing children to actively play and explore in an open and transparent environment.
