打造一支强大的管理和教学团队，是学校教学质量及可持续发展的重要保障。


新任校长及教学骨干的到来，无疑为我校师资队伍的建设、教学及课程的研发等方面注入了新的活力与动力！



The new semester has begun, and we are very honored to introduce our new members to you. They are Mr. Jie Zhu, General Manager ,Ms. Qin Xu, Principal and Secretary of Party Branch, Mr. Mark Upton, IGCSE & Alevel Curriculum Director, Mr. Timothy Fryer, IB Academic Director, Mr. Xiaosheng Feng, Operation Principal, Ms. Wenqian Li, Principal of Primary and Lower Secondary School.

It is the foundation and guarantee to build a strong teaching and management team for the teaching qualities and school sustainable development.

作为OCAC对外拓展的第一个校区，无锡海归学校OCAC-Wuxi将在与苏州海归学校秉承同理念、同体系、同课程、同进度协同发展的基础上，增加因材施教的个性化资优教育模式，这将是OCAC谱写的崭新篇章，也必将给蓬勃发展的无锡乃至于江苏国际化教育带来浓墨重彩的一笔。


为了这一切，作为OCAC苏州学校和无锡学校的领航员，将是我一生最重要的角色。

OCAC is such a different school which has never been attached to any undeserved reputation or irrelevant history. She is an innovative international school that has grown out of Chinese soil. She has the best IB teachers from around the world who are dedicated to integrate the Chinese curriculum into the IB framework. OCAC allows each child to achieve full and comprehensive development, which helps them to narrate a wonderful Chinese story on the world stage. Started from Suzhou, OCAC has been developing rapidly and is nearly in full capacity of students within three years.


As the first expanded campus of OCAC, OCAC-Wuxi will develop based on the same philosophy, system, curriculum and progress as the OCAC-Suzhou. What’s more, the gifted education programme will be added in the near future. This will become a brand-new chapter of OCAC and will definitely bring about a remarkable contribution to the development of international education in Wuxi and even the whole Jiangsu province.


For all this mentioned, being the “pilot” of OCAC Suzhou and Wuxi will be the most important role in my whole life.

30多年的教学及管理经验，让我深深的体会到：每个孩子都是一座宝藏，都有发展的无限可能。作为OCAC-Wuxi的新校长和长期在资优教育、国际教育领域工作的实践者管理者，我将与同事们一起，致力于资优教育模式与国际教育模式相融合，创造适合孩子的教育，帮助每个孩子的个性特长得到充分的发展，把孩子们无限发展的可能变为现实。不仅让每个孩子在当下都能成为最好的自己，更致力于发现、培养他们适应未来、引领未来、创造未来的潜质和能力。

With a teaching experience of more than 35 years, it helps me to deeply understand that every child is a treasure with unlimited possibilities for development. Equipped with the experience as a practical manager in the area of gifted and international education for years before assuming the role of the principal of OCAC Wuxi, I together with my colleagues, will dedicate to work on integrating the gifted education with the international education of the students. We will create education suitable for children, develop each child’s personality and specialty and turn the unlimited possibilities into reality. We commit to help every child to excel in their education development as well as discovering their potential and ability to adapt, lead and create the future.

For OCAC Wuxi, future is not where it goes but what it creates.
