I believe with energy, passion and drive, you can infect a child's ability and will to learn more smoothly and refine their desire to find their chosen interests. You can open so many doors and light a flame for learning. You're not just a lighthouse for help, you can be a rock and a foundation for a student to develop. You are part friend, part parent and fully a guardian.

I like to think of the causes and effects that change can bring. I don't believe in change for the sake of change. We must progress sustainably and carefully. 3	你在教书以外的时间喜欢做什么？ What do you enjoy doing when you're not teaching? 我有成为小说家的抱负，我知道很多人都有这个梦想，但我花了两年时间写（现正改写）一部真正的小说。我喜欢写散文，并为下一部小说写下架构。另外我还喜欢专注于骑自行车，或者观看最新的“Grand Tour”比赛。最后是足球，它是团队合作、锻炼和英国人对运动热情的完美体现，因为我来自英国曼彻斯特。 I have ambitions to be a novelist, and I know many others share that dream, but I've spent two years writing (and now rewriting) a real novel. On top of this, I like writing shorter warm-up pieces and scribbling ideas down for the next novel(s). I love cycling and can be found on the 'rupture machine' quite often - or watching the latest Grand Tour race. Then, there is football, which is the perfect embodiment of teamwork, exercise and the British passion for sports. I'm from the city of Manchester, so I had no choice - nor would I change it anyway!

But I will not rigidly attach to one’s own opinions and beliefs but consider the possibility that these ideas may be wrong. I'd like to humble myself to filter them, not with the filters of personal bias, but with the filter of reason.

She is the first one who really cares about me and well as other students, not only academic scores but also our emotional support. She encouraged us to take part in various events and activities to build confidence and asked us to make a plan for the future whenever we had fun. At that time, I started to stop being bad-behaved, work hard, and think about my dream.
4	你在教书以外的时间喜欢做什么？ What do you enjoy doing when you're not teaching? 我觉得我的内心有两个自我。我热衷于旅游，至少去过40个不同的地方，不仅仅是为了观光游览景点，我更愿意和当地人聊聊他们的生活、故事或对这个地方的记忆。我也对不同的户外活动感兴趣，比如远足、露营、出海和其他冒险活动。有时，我宁愿呆在家里，花很长时间阅读小说、写日记、看纪录片和做饭，这会让我很放心。 I believe there are two different persons live in my mind. I am keen on traveling and I have traveled to at least 40 different places, not just for sightseeing to see tourist attractions, I'd rather have conversations with local people about their life, story or memory of the place. I am also interested in different outdoor activities like hiking, camping, sailing, and other adventure. While sometimes, I'd rather stay at home and I feel so relaxing to spend a long time reading novels, writing my diaries, and watching documentaries and cooking.

3	对你影响深远的老师是谁？为什么？ Who is the teacher who has made an impact on your life and why? 最令人印象深刻的是我大学三年级的一位导师。当时我正处于一个艰难的时期，情绪低落，影响了我的学习和工作。她知道我的不足，但最重要的是她知道我的长处：“（在邮件中）你的韧性确实是一个很好的品质，这是你能力的一个重要部分……请记住，不是人生的不如意决定你的人生，而是你的反应方式。”直到现在，我都记得这句话是多么地鼓舞人心。 The most impressive one is one of my tutors in my third year of uni. I was in a hard time experiencing emotional downfall that had impacted my studying and working. She knew my weakness, but most importantly she knew my strength: "(in the email) Your resilience is indeed an excellent attribute and this was a great part of your ability...please remember, it is not the disappointment or the failure which defines you as a person, it is the way you respond." Until now, I still have no idea to express how encouraging it was during the downfall period.

And I find that I can learn from and cooperate with those groups if I am open-minded. This process is complex but very engaging.

He inspires me to explore idea and philosophy of some famous educators. Also, his experience tells me that creativity, care and respect are always important when teachers cooperate with their students.

I would go with him because I can discuss how teachers should respect and care for their students to encourage them to be a whole person with him.
