I Love My Motherland

我爱我的祖国

2020 is the 71st anniversary of the founding of New China. It is also the year that I come back to my motherland to have a new star.Three years of living in America makes me realize that China is better than any other country, and I love my motherland.

In the past, I felt that America was better than China, because my grandma always tells me how good it is living in America. My tune didn't be changed until I went to America three years ago. Only then did I knew how good China is and how safe it is. Firstly, one has to have a Gun License to bring a gun with him in China, which protects us from the risk of shooting. But in America I still remember how I was terrified when I saw one of my classmates brought out a gun from his schoolbag. Secondly, there is no racial discrimination in China, and I can feel the sense of equality and respect between people. Thirdly, the medical services are convenient and reliable. I went to the hospital and the doctor told me I was very healthy and didn’t need to eat any pills, but an American doctor told me to eat pills due to my poor health. Moreover, education is the most important thing for me, a student. The level of mathematics education in China is better than that in America. As to other subjects, I even can't understand the words they said, let alone the knowledge, but now I can understand my teachers easily. I believe I can have a bright future.

For the above reasons, I came back to my motherland and restarted my life. Three years of living in the US was a special experience for me. Because of that, I don't think any other country is better than my motherland any more. And with the rapid development and prosperity of China, I am very proud of being a Chinese. I love my motherland. I love you, China.
