Dear parents:
The May Day Holiday of 2021 is coming. We would like to inform you of the holiday arrangement and travel advisory.
1. May Day holiday Arrangement
The May Day Holiday will be from May 1st (Saturday), 2021 to May 3rd (Monday), 2021, and students will return to school on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021. Boarding students shall return to school after 19:00 p.m. on May 3rd, 2021.
2. Holiday Arrangement Advisory
Strengthen parent-child communication. Please encourage your children to have more communication with you during this holiday, encourage your children to share housework and cultivate their independent living ability. Cultivate students' time management. Please encourage your children to make reasonable arrangements for break, entertainment, study, and sport activities during holiday. Furthermore, enforce safety education and actively cooperate with Homeroom teacher to submit daily health information.
3. Travel Advisory
a) As of now, there are 3 high-risk areas and 6 medium-risk areas, all in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. While all areas outside China (except Macao) are still high-risk areas. You are not allowed to travel to domestic medium and high-risk areas and overseas. We suggest you stay at Jiangsu for holiday and do not travel outside Jiangsu if unnecessary. If you must travel outside Jiangsu, please click the link：//ocac-suzhou.mikecrm.com/qArDx5o to fill the inform form of OCAC students and parents leaving Jiangsu.
b) Minimize the use of public transportation. If it is unavoidable and you should ensure good personal protection is in place. Minimize visits to crowded places and pay attention to food hygiene.
c) Cooperate with Homeroom teacher to submit daily health information. It includes daily body temperature, whether students and their family members have the history of living in high and medium risk areas and personal contact.
4. The Requirements Before Returning to School
Before the end of the holiday, we will decide whether to continue to collect and review students’ health information according to the situation of the epidemic and the requirements of Education Bureau. Parents shall prepare beforehand so that students can return to school on time.

B). Supplemental notes:
All mainland Chinese citizens please use SuKang Code. Foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply for epidemic prevention health information code on the APP of National Government Service Platform (Immigration Version). Students who are unable to apply for the Health Code, they may use the health code of the guardian living with them instead.
C). The collection of Back-to-School student’s health information will continue to be submitted online, and parents will be notified by email of the specific link before the end of holiday.
D). Please note that school will give you further notice if there are any changes in the epidemic prevention and control policy.
