鲁道夫院舍以精致古老的“手工上的埃及”和 创作精神满级的“活体木乃伊”在本次国际日展览上大放异彩。

在鲁道夫同学们设计的金字塔下、尼罗河畔游玩埃及，开启神秘文化之旅——鲁道夫的同学们将为您全面解析了古埃及文化。

木乃伊是如何制作的？

埃及的传统服装有何特点？

在埃及进门要先迈出右脚？

在这里，你可以带上埃及女王面具，和金字塔合影，在沙漠里探索，留下鲁道夫院舍为你制造的专属埃及记忆。

在这一站，你将坐在草原上，遥望头顶盘旋的潘帕斯雄鹰，品味由丘吉尔同学们调制的阿根廷特饮和阿根廷软糖和曲奇。

味蕾得到满足后，“哈罗梅西”带我们体验了阿根廷久负盛名的马球、足球和篮球运动等激情运动。并一起进入“舞厅”休息，欣赏由丘吉尔院舍同学带来的节奏轻快的探戈。“游客们”会受到她们的热情邀请，一起探讨之字形舞步，深入体验健美欢快的阿根廷探戈。

宋庆龄院舍装点的葡萄牙体验空间，我们首先见到了正在向我们招手的“C罗”，并在C罗的带领下了解了葡萄牙的足球运动。

宋庆龄的同学在教授“游客”们如何做地道美味的葡式蛋挞，品一品醇香“葡萄酒”（葡萄汁），鉴赏由同学们创作的名画。

宋庆龄院舍同学们讲解了公鸡的传说，终于为我们解开了公鸡在葡萄牙受欢迎的原因。在葡萄牙，公鸡是信任、公正和好运的象征。

现在我们来到了希腊~

进入一个用草和神话编织的圣洁世界。

来自哈罗海口低年级“游客”们在蓝白色系的圣托里尼远眺爱琴海，在神庙面前惊叹古希腊文明的奇迹。屠呦呦院舍的“讲解员”上线，为“游客”们讲解普罗米修斯山上的十二众神的故事、酒神节的祭仪、起源于希腊的奥林匹克精神和铅球，击剑等运动。

还有一个非洲国家也走进了我们的视野，里昂院舍的同学们兴奋地将这个国家鲜为人知的文化介绍给哈罗海口的同学们。

我们认识了非洲体育的荣耀国度——尼日利亚，体验了非洲最热情的节日——卡巴尔狂欢节，赏析尼日利亚的小众诗歌文学。

The Rudolph House shined with exquisite displays of Egyptian Handicrafts and Living Mummies.

Tourists could start their journey in Egypt by visiting the “pyramid” and walking along the Nile – all reproduced by Rudolph’s students to introduce Egyptian culture.

In Egypt should we step right foot first when entering the door?

Here you can wear the mask of the Queen of Egypt, take a photo with the pyramid, and explore the desert. All these are the unique memories made for you by Rudolph House!

At this stop, you can sit on the grassland of the Pampas, look at the eagles circling overhead, and taste traditional Argentinian drinks,  fudge and cookies prepared by Churchill students.

After enjoying the food and drink, Harrow’s own ‘Messi’ would take us through Argentina’s prestigious sports of polo, football, and basketball. Then the visitors were welcome to walk into the dance hall to enjoy the tango performance and even dance together!

When you entered ‘Portugal’ created by Song Qingling students, you can see Cristiano Ronaldo waving at you, as he guides you through football culture in Portugal.

Song Qingling students were teaching visitors to make authentic Portuguese custard tarts, appreciate sweet “wine” whislt viewing the paintings created by the talented students.

The students also explained to visitors the legend of the rooster and why this animal is so special in Portuguese culture. To the Portuguese,  the rooster is a symbol of trust, justice, and good luck.

Now here we are in Greece, a holy world made of grass and mythology by our children.

Visitors from the Lower School were overlooking the Aegean Sea from Santorini Island, and marvelling at the ancient Greek civilization in the front of the Parthenon temple. The tour guides from Tu Youyou House told the visitors about the stories of the twelve Greek gods and goddesses, the Olympic spirit as well as shot put and fencing that originated from Greece.

Now let’s travel to the continent of Africa! The students from Lyon House excitedly introduced the Nigerian culture that was previously little  known to our students.

During the event, guests learn more about Nigeria - a nation of glory in African sports, experienced the Durbar festival – the most popularly celebrated festival in Africa, and enjoyed Nigerian poems and other literature.

International Day was a huge success, the students showed what it means to be true Harrovian and what means to belong to a House. 

Students in Churchill treated us to empanadas and baked goods from their designated country Argentina. Sushi House took us to Germany where they had a carnival with German sausages and treats. They also treated us to the sounds of one of Germany’s greatest Musicians Bach and art from German painters. Song Qing Ling House educated us about the sunny country of Portugal. Lyon and Rudolph House took us to the continent of Africa and educated us on two of its most prominent countries; Nigeria and Egypt. Whilst Tu You You took us to the sunny shores of Greece and educated us on their rich food and sporting history. 

We may not be able to travel but the students took us on a trip around the world. We are all so proud of the amazing effort and work put in by all the students to make it an amazing and memorable international day.
