秉承哈罗百年全人教育理念
哈罗珠海也注重学生领导力的培育
除了日常课程中对领导力特质的植入
学校还鼓励同学们参与到学校的管理中来
并设置了多个学生领导机构和职位
哈罗学子们通过民主选举的形式竞争
不仅能够提供课堂外的学习机会
同时也提升学生多维领导力
让他们有机会参与到学校的管理和建设
得到锻炼，收获领导特质和成就感
哈罗珠海的学生会是学校联系学生们的桥梁，在学业发展、社会融入、领导力和服务力等方面服务于广大学生。
学生会由高年级的6名学生代表组成，成为其中一员需要通过严格的选拔，学生自主报名，通过邮件提交一份正式申请，由老师初筛后，与校长、学生会导师、前任学生会成员进行面谈。
今年的选拔尤其重视候选学生对领导力的理解，强调加入学生会不仅是享受荣誉，更要承担责任。
倾听同龄人的声音，为他人发声。学生会每周二会举行例会，学生代表们可以向学校反映各方面的意见，比如对学校餐饮的建议、学校的环境问题和校园活动的开展，为学生争取合理的利益。
每月，学生会与校长会谈，及时汇报学生的意见和建议。学生会也关心低年级学生的情况，定期与低年级校长见面，了解学弟学妹的需求。
这个学年，学生会对做了不少创新工作，新建了网上意见收集平台，还协助组织每周一的全校晨会，同时帮助高年级集会的安排。

学生会的每一位成员都积极为学生群体发声，为同龄人着想，做事认真负责，我很高兴看到学生会成员的成长，对于学生来说是很好的锻炼机会，他们在这个过程中展现了领导特质，相信他们变成强大而有力的学生后盾。
每位哈罗学子都是院舍的一员，院舍学生长就像院舍里的磁铁，凭借强大的号召力和独特的感染力，带领着院舍成员一起参加各式各样的活动，甚至承担起关怀和辅导同院舍低年级学弟学妹的责任。
就在刚结束的11月，经过六个院舍全体同学的投票，2022-23学年院舍学生长、副学生长诞生了。
院舍选举分为自主报名、竞选活动、竞选演说、学生投票、公布结果等多个阶段，由院舍导师们带领学生策划组织进行。竞选活动期间，校园各处都能看到学生的别具一格的竞选海报，而候选人更是为了竞选演说做了充分的准备。
每学年的院舍活动大多由院舍学生长自主提案，例如，今年的院舍网球赛和院舍羽毛球赛就是由院舍学生长建议举办。
院舍学生长自主策划活动，主动带动院舍的同学参与，充分体现了一个哈罗学子的优秀特质。院舍学生长的感染力见微知著，安德森的新晋院舍学生长Allen Hu在早前的院舍合唱中主动带领同学排练，展现出领导力，他能收获同学的支持我毫不意外。
哈罗珠海在这个学年推出了一个新的学生领袖职位——幸福大使，6名同学通过副校长和心理老师的面试成功当选。
他们成为哈罗珠海的心理健康倡导者，鼓励其他学生学习更多与心理健康相关的知识，更好地了解自己，帮助同学缓解冲突，提升校园生活的幸福感。
虽然这个职位刚设立不久，但是幸福大使已经在这个学期协助老师举办了心理健康日和反霸凌周的活动，负责活动的宣传素材展示，撰写演讲稿，制作活动视频，总结活动等。
他们就是这样一些关注大家感受的人，关注校园里同学们的生活学习状态和心理状态，做大家的倾听者、支持者。
幸福大使展现自己的乐观与温暖，他们推广、宣传与心理健康以及幸福感相关的内容，组织大家参与身心健康活动，发挥着自己的领导力与创造力。他们是同学们的心灵小导师，也是我们积极的榜样！

Harrow Zhuhai's Student Council serves as a bridge between the school and its students, serving them in the areas of academic development, social integration, leadership and service.
The Student Council is made up of six student representatives from the senior class, and becoming a member requires a rigorous selection process in which students apply on their own, submit a formal application via email, and are initially screened by teachers before meeting with Head Master, Student Council mentors, and former Student Council members for an interview.
This year's selection placed particular emphasis on the candidates' understanding of leadership, emphasizing that joining the Student Council is not only about enjoying the honour, but also about taking responsibility.
Listen to your peers and be a voice for others. The Student Council holds regular meetings every Tuesday where student representatives can reflect to the school their opinions on various aspects of the school, such as suggestions for school meals, environmental issues in the school and the development of campus activities for the reasonable benefit of students.
Every month, the Student Council meets with Head Master to report student opinions and suggestions in a timely manner. The Student Council also cares about the younger students and meets regularly with the Acting Head of Lower School to understand the needs of them.
This school year, the Student Council has done a lot of innovative work on the new online opinion collection platform, as well as helping to organize the weekly Monday morning assembly, and helping with the arrangements for the Upper School assembly.

Each member of Student Council is an active voice for the student body, looks outfor their peers, takes things seriously, and I'm excited to see the growth ofthem, which is great exercise for students who show leadership traits in the process and believe they turn out to be strong and powerful student backing.
Every Harrow student is a member of a House. The House Captain is like a magnet in the House, leading members of the House to participate in various activities together with their strong appeal and unique infectious power, and even taking up the responsibility of caring for and mentoring younger students in the same House.
Just in November, after the vote of all the students in six houses, the House Captains and Vice House Captains for the 2022-23 academic year were born.
The House election was divided into several stages, including independent registration, campaign activities, campaign speeches, student voting, and announcement of results, and was planned and organized by the House mentors led by students. During the campaign period, students' unique campaign posters can be seen all over the campus, and the candidates are well prepared for the campaign speeches.
Most of the House activities for each academic year are proposed by the House of Captain. For example, this year, the House Tennis Tournament and the House Badminton Tournament were proposed by House Captains.

The House Captain has taken the initiative to plan the activities and to involvethe students in the Home, which fully reflects the outstanding qualities of a Harrow student. The House Captain's infectious power is seen in the smalldetail. Allen Hu, Anderson's newly promoted House Captain, took the initiativeto lead the students in rehearsals for the House Songs earlier, showing leadership, and I am not surprised that he was able to gain the support of his classmates.
Harrow Zhuhai introduced a new student leadership position this academic year, Wellbeing Ambassador, and six students were successfully elected through interviews with the Deputy Head and Psychology teacher.
They became Harrow Zhuhai's Mental Health Advocates, encouraging other students to learn more about mental health-related issues, to better understand themselves, to help fellow students mitigate conflict, and to enhance the wellbeing of campus life.
Although this position has just been created, the Wellbeing Ambassadors have already assisted teachers in organizing the Mental Health Day and Anti-Bullying Week events this semester, and are responsible for presenting promotional materials for the events, writing speeches, producing videos for the events, and summarizing the events.
They are such people who are concerned about everyone's feelings, about the living and learning status and psychological status of students on campus, and being a listener and supporter of everyone.

The Wellbeing Ambassadors show their optimism and warmth, they promote and publicize contents related to mental health and happiness, organize people to participate in physical and mental health activities, and exert theirleadership and creativity. They are little mentors for the students' minds andpositive role models for us!
