Lunar New Year Celebration 

荟萃东西的文化嘉年华

On January 27th, the Chinese Culture Salon was held in ISA Science City School in order to greet the coming Year of the Tiger and to promote the understanding of community identity and culture at ISASC.

1月27日，爱莎科学城举办“中国文化沙龙嘉年华”，通过精彩的舞台演出和热闹的“文化沙龙”迎接即将到来的虎年，并促进学校成员对校园社区的认同感以及对民族文化的理解。

ISA Tianhe School held a Chinese New Year celebration on 28th January. It was a good opportunity for children with different cultural backgrounds to experience Chinese traditional culture.

1月28日，爱莎天河举行一年一度的“迎中国新年、习中华文化”庆祝活动，藉此机会让文化背景各异的孩子们体验与感受中国传统节日文化的精髓与魅力。

Launch of New Schools 

新校创校启动与认证

The ISA Wuhan International School Launch Ceremony and Faculty Team Meetings came to an end with glamorous success on February 19th. The Founding Leadership Team and expat teachers witnessed this exciting moment together with more than 200 Chinese and foreign students, parents, and guests from all walks of life.

2月19日，爱莎武汉创校招生启动会暨外籍教师团队首次亮相，爱莎武汉创校团队及外教菁英与200多名中外籍学生及家长和各界人士共同见证了这一激动人心的时刻。

On February 24, ISA Liwan School has received an official letter from the IB that ISA Liwan has been approved as a DP candidate school.

在不久后的2月24日，爱莎荔湾学校也收到了国际文凭组织（IB）发来的书面通知，正式成为IBDP候选学校。

On the afternoon of March 12th, we had the first friendly football match between parents and staff organized by ISA International Academy. It was an important occasion to get family and staff together to have a fun football match, modelling friendly cooperation and teamwork for our young people.

3月12日下午，由爱莎国际学苑组织的爱莎家长和教职工首届足球友谊赛开幕啦！比赛不仅凝聚了家校力量，同时借助足球的魅力，让家长们身体力行的为孩子们做个好榜样！

The topic of PYP Exhibition this year is “Sharing the Planet”. Y5 students from ISA Tianhe displayed a great show of their research and findings.

以“共享地球”为主题，爱莎天河Y5的毕业生们举办了一次生动的毕业成果展。在向爱莎社区成员展示他们的研究和发现。

On 18-19 May 2022, ISA Science City Grade 5 students successfully held their PYP Exhibition under the transdisciplinary theme "How we express ourselves". The central idea for the PYP exhibition was "Curating learning for an audience enables people to express their learning."

2022年5月18-19日，广州科学城爱莎外籍人员子女学校五年级的学生成功举办了以“我们如何表达自己”为跨学科主题的小学毕业展(PYP Exhibition)。毕业展的核心概念为“通过策划学习，向观众表达学生的学习成果。

2022 is the fifth year of the founding of the ISA Charity Fund. In this year, ISA Charity Fund decided to make May as the ISA Charity Month. ISA Schools and Programmes held launching ceremonies to support the event in May, 2022. Charity and education, together enlightens the bright future of charity in ISA.

2022年是爱莎公益基金成立的第五个年头。为纪念这一特别的数字，爱莎公益基金发起了爱莎首届慈善公益月主题活动，爱莎各学校与项目在五月相继举办了慈善公益月启动仪式与各项慈善活动。教育与公益的结合，让孩子们在日常中感受公益力量。

Hot waves in June with the song from cicada, EY4 and G5 students from ISA Tianhe and ISA Science City celebrated their graduation.

六月，炎炎夏日伴着蝉鸣，一顶顶礼帽走向礼堂，伴着欢声笑语与感动的泪水，爱莎天河与爱莎科学城的大班和五年级的学生迎来了毕业典礼。

July, ISA Summer School and ISA Transition Camp has successfully completed. Four weeks and two weeks were never a long time, but it is still enough for children to learn, to make friends and to create joyful memories.

七月，爱莎举办了为期四周的爱莎暑期班与为期两周的爱莎衔接营。时间不长，但孩子们都在爱莎收获了珍贵的友谊、丰富的知识、快乐的回忆。

On August 18 and 19, the third ISA Professional Learning Conference was held. The event brought together staff from 9 ISA schools and programmes, and 8 Headquarter departments at ISA Science City where colleagues learned from professional workshops, to be well prepared for welcoming ISA students back to school.

8月18日-8月19日，爱莎迎来了第三届爱莎国际教育集团专业学习大会。爱莎旗下的九个学校与项目以及总部的八大部门的全体爱莎员工齐聚爱莎科学城学校，共同学习和探讨爱莎的发展，交流与提升专业技能，更充分地做好迎接孩子们返校的准备！

From August 26 to August 30, ISA Liwan and ISA Wuhan welcomed the first group of founding students and parents.

8月26日-8月30日，爱莎荔湾与爱莎武汉迎来了第一批创校学子和家长。

Another academic year arrived with new hopes and new expectations. ISA Schools and Programmes welcome ISA students coming to the campuses.

新学年的钟声再次敲响，开启新的希望，承载新的期许。爱莎各学校项目欢迎爱莎学子们来到校园，成为爱莎社区的一份子。

At the end of October, ISA Tianhe held the October Fun Day. In the activity, the students dressed up as their favorite ocean characters and enjoyed a series of joyful activities, which satisfied their curiosity about the ocean and gave them a deeper understanding of the ocean.   

金秋十月，爱莎天河举办了孩子们期待已久的十“纷”趣味日。孩子们自由发挥想象并把装扮成自己喜欢的海洋生物，参与各种充满欢乐的主题游戏活动，不仅满足了他们对海洋的好奇心，同时让孩子们对海洋也有了更深刻的了解！

The third week of October, ISA Science City School kicked off its inaugural English Week and hosted a Costume Day as the end of the colorful and eventful October.

十月第三周开始，爱莎科学城举办了首届“英语周”活动，并在十月的最后一天以“扮装日”的形式画上了完美的句号。

The ISA Parents Union held its 1st meeting on Nov. 10th with Representatives from Chamber of ISA Parents Support Group of different ISA Schools/Programmes gathered at ISA Science City Campus.  It is a milestone to strenthen home-school communication.

11 月 10 日，爱莎国际教育集团于爱莎科学城举行了首次校际家长联盟会议，爱莎各校家委主席团代表汇聚一堂，共同加强家校共育与沟通的桥梁，为爱莎大家庭更好的发展建言献策。

Good news is pouring into ISA Campuses. Congratulations to our G12 students from ISA Wenhua GZFLS IB Programme, ISA Science City International School and ISA Wuhan School for receiving 70 offers from top universities worldwide and over USD 500,000 Scholarship!

十二月，爱莎的校园里喜报不断，海外高校早申录取季捷报频传，爱莎首批毕业学子——广州外国语学校爱莎文华IB国际课程、广州科学城爱莎外籍人员子女学校、爱莎武汉学校2023届毕业班学生陆续收到各国名校早申录取offer70份，累计超50万美金奖学金。

Looking back, with the successful opening of ISA Liwan and ISA Wuhan, more members have participated in ISA Community. All the efforts ISA students have made have been paid off by offers from top universities worldwide. All these are the highlights and celebrating moments saved in our memories. Now, it is time to look ahead to the future in 2023.

2022年的精彩现已落下帷幕，回顾这一年，随着爱莎两所新校的落成与开学，爱莎社区日益壮大；伴着郎朗书声，辛勤耕耘的爱莎毕业学子斩获高质录取通知；漫步与校园长廊，我们与爱莎共同迈入2023。

In 2023, The vision to ‘Build a Multi-Cultural Ecosystem of International Education’ and the mission to ‘Nurture Leading Talents and Pioneers for the Future’ of ISA continue to guide our directions, unite our power, and lead us towards excellence. It is believed that ISA will consistently contribute to the development of international education and cultivate effective collaborators and compassionate leaders equipped to face the challenges of the future.

在新的一年，爱莎将坚定脚步，秉承“构建多元文化融合的国际教育生态系统”的愿景与“培养规则的更新者和制定者”的使命，凝聚力量，迈向卓越，为顶尖国际教育做出贡献，培养能够应对未来挑战、具有文化融合能力的合作者和领导者。
