Getting Ready for
High School Exams
Time flies. As Jenny, a Grade 12 student, said, it feels like it was not that long ago that she and her classmates joined the Diploma Programme. That was in August 2021, and in a couple of months, they will be sitting their final DP exams.
光阴荏苒,日月如梭。在2021年8月加入国际文凭大学预科课程（IBDP）的12年级学生Jenny转眼发现再过几个月，她和她的同学们就要参加最后的IBDP考试了。
In preparation for the final exams, Grade 12 students attended a number of study skills sessions on February 16th and February 17th. The sessions were led by Dr. Brice Bomo, our Secondary School Principal & DP Coordinator.
为参加最后考试做好充分准备，12年级的学生在2月16日和17日参加了几场关于“学习技巧”的课程。这些课程均由我们的中学部校长兼DP协调员Brice Bomo博士教授。
The focus was on strategies to design effective revision plans. Besides also reflecting on their DP journey since the start of Grade 11, students discussed academic integrity and the expected behaviour before, during, and after each examination.
这些课程的重点是为学生定制策略性的复习计划。除了反思他们从11年级就开始的DP学习经历外，学生们还探讨了有关学术诚信，以及对自己每次考试前、考试中和考试后行为预期的话题。
The students left the sessions admitting to a certain level of nerves because the exams are now so close, as some of them said. However, they also felt energised, motivated, and optimistic.
在结束“学习技巧”课程时，学生们都表现出了一定的焦虑，因为距离最后的考试已经很近了。不过，学生们虽紧张但不畏惧，依然保持着积极乐观的态度，迎接这最后的挑战。
