最重磅的环节——“鲎”保育捐赠仪式

在一片掌声中，哈罗海口将3万元送到澄迈红树湾湿地公园的工作人员手里，这一刻不仅仅是一个简单的捐赠仪式，是过去一个学期哈罗全体社区成员一个伟大的共同成就：

我们的学生去红树湾湿地保护中心为火烈鸟筑巢，解救圆尾鲎；

在每一周的慈善EA课生产手作商品，发起各类慈善活动；

在各类音乐会、运动会，家长沙龙等全校性活动中努力吆喝售卖；

运用自己的经营和策划才能赢得了全校家长、员工的倾力支持；

今年，在继续支持红树林湿地稀有物种保护的基础上，哈罗海口将正式开启慈善事业的下一站——参与天鹅湖动物基地稀有物种陆龟的保育工作。

春日市集正是这一站的起点，所有学生家长、商家摊位在市集中盈利所得，将用于支持哈罗海口2023年的慈善目标——陆龟保护。

积极参与，奉献社会；

沟通协作，互助共进；

春日市集不仅是增强社区凝聚力一种方式，也是我们在哈罗领导力特质指引下的共同行动。

The Donation Ceremony for Horseshoe Crab Conservation

Amidst a round of applause, Harrow Haikou delivered RMB 30,000 to the staff of Chengmai Mangrove Bay Wetland Park. This moment was not just about a ceremony, it was a great common achievement for all members of the Harrow community over the past term.

Our students have visited the Mangrove Bay Wetland Park to nest flamingos and rescue horseshoe crabs.

They have produced handmade goods during their weekly EA Charity sessions and initiated various charity events.

They have also worked hard to sell at various school-wide events such as concerts, sports days and open day.

And they have used their operational and planning skills to win the support of parents and staff throughout the school.

This year, on top of continuing the support the conservation of rare species in mangrove wetlands, Harrow Haikou will officially kick off the next phase of its charitable work - participating in the conservation of tortoiseat the Swan Lake Animal Base.

Harrow Haikou Spring Charity Bazaar is the beginning. All proceeds from parent and merchant stalls in the bazaar will go to support the Harrow Haikou 2023 charity goal of tortoise conservation.

Harrow Haikou Spring Charity Bazaar is not only a way to strengthen our community, but also a way to act together, guided by the Harrow leadership traits.

We encourage our students to challenge themselves, explore the unknown, bond with each other andact with courage, fellowship and honour.

It is expected that we will all become green practitioners with a love of life and a passion for the environment.
