今天来听听深美深受孩子喜爱的K班老师——Mr Finn,怎么说吧!


Many novice parents always have a lot of confusion about low-age education and preschool education, and they are at a loss. "The child loves to play too much, what should I do if she/he can't concentrate on listening to the class?"; "The kid is so young, how to start education?"; "My kid can't give up playing, how to control the time, and how to balance it with learning?"


Today, let’s listen to SAIS’s K class teacher, Mr Finn, who is deeply loved by children,he will share some brilliant ideas about teaching and learning in preschool education.

作为一名幼儿园老师,我坚信以游戏为基础的学习是幼儿学习和成长最有效的方式。根据我的经验,当孩子们参与根据他们的兴趣和能力量身定制的有意义的实践经验时,他们学得最好。这就是为什么我如此重视课堂上的游戏和户外自然学习。

 

基于游戏的学习的主要好处之一是它允许孩子们以安全、无威胁的方式探索他们的世界。通过提供各种开放式材料和发挥想象力的机会,我鼓励我的学生去冒险、尝试新事物,并发展他们的创造力和解决问题的能力。无论是用积木搭建结构、进行水和沙子试验,还是穿着盛装进行角色扮演,我的学生都在不断地进行挑战他们身心的活动。

 

基于游戏的学习的另一个重要方面是它强调社交情感发展。通过游戏,孩子们学习如何与他人合作、协商和解决冲突,以及在安全和支持的环境中表达自己的感受和想法。通过为孩子们提供参与合作游戏的机会,我帮助他们培养在课堂内外取得成功所需的社交技能。

 

最后,我认为户外自然学习对于全面的幼儿教育至关重要。通过在大自然中度过时光,孩子们对自然世界产生了深刻的认识,并对支配自然的科学原理获得了宝贵的见解。无论是观察植物和动物的生命周期,探索不同的质地和材料,还是只是欣赏周围环境的景象和声音,我的学生都在不断发现周围世界的新奇观。

总而言之,作为一名幼儿园老师,我致力于为我的学生提供一个丰富而引人入胜的学习环境,强调游戏和户外自然学习。通过为孩子们提供他们按照自己的方式探索和学习所需的工具,我相信我们可以培养所有学生终生对学习的热爱以及强烈的好奇心和好奇心。

As a kindergarten teacher, I strongly believe that play-based learning is the most effective way for young children to learn and grow. In my experience, children learn best when they are engaged in meaningful, hands-on experiences that are tailored to their interests and abilities. That's why I place such a strong emphasis on play and outdoor nature learning in my classroom.


One of the key benefits of play-based learning is that it allows children to explore their world in a safe, non-threatening way. By providing a variety of open-ended materials and opportunities for imaginative play, I encourage my students to take risks, try new things, and develop their creativity and problem-solving skills. Whether they are building structures out of blocks, experimenting with water and sand, or role-playing with dress-up clothes, my students are constantly engaging in activities that challenge their minds and bodies.


Another important aspect of play-based learning is its emphasis on social-emotional development. Through play, children learn how to work collaboratively with others, negotiate and resolve conflicts, and express their feelings and ideas in a safe and supportive environment. By facilitating opportunities for children to engage in cooperative play, I help them build the social skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.


Finally, I believe that outdoor nature learning is essential to a well-rounded early childhood education. By spending time outside in nature, children develop a deep appreciation for the natural world and gain valuable insights into the scientific principles that govern it. Whether they are observing the life cycle of plants and animals, exploring different textures and materials, or simply taking in the sights and sounds of their environment, my students are constantly discovering new wonders in the world around them.


In conclusion, as a kindergarten teacher, I am committed to providing my students with a rich and engaging learning environment that emphasizes play and outdoor nature learning. By giving children the tools they need to explore and learn on their own terms, I believe we can foster a lifelong love of learning and a deep sense of curiosity and wonder in all of our students.
