探究者眼中的丝绸之路 | MYP项目展示

 作为一所IB学校,在课堂上学到扎实的知识只是第一步,还必须要注意培养学生的展示能力和思辨能力,特别是在社会科学学科的内容中,在如何坚守“中国灵魂”的基础上具有“世界眼光和国际情怀”,CBIS的人文组教师进行了一次有益的探索,老师们也将这次展示作为学科教育教学的一次“汇报演出”。

在不同的课堂上,学生都分成不同的小组,进行合作探究学习,在教师的指导下进行对于主题相关内容的理解和更深层次的探究。

As an IB school, learning solid knowledge in the classroom is only the first step, and it is also necessary to pay attention to cultivating students' display and critical thinking abilities, especially in the content of social sciences. On the basis of adhering to the "Chinese soul", CBIS's I&S team teachers conducted a beneficial exploration, The teachers also regarded this exhibition as a "presentation performance" for subject education and teaching.

In different subjects, students are divided into different groups for collaborative inquiry learning, and under the guidance of the teacher, they can understand and explore the relevant content of the topic at a deeper level.

丝绸之路展

THE SILK ROAD EXHIBITION



道德与法治科目中,学生从“一带一路”的历史背景、“一带一路”的发展历程、“—带一路”的意义和影响以及“一带一路”的国际态势等四个方面进行了探究和展示。他们自行确定探究主题,从丝绸之路的国内外影响、欧美智库对“一带一路”倡议的反对到“一带一路”的国际投资等等具体主题,他们以研究论文的形式对自己的探究结果进行总结,在展示中向来访者进行详尽的讲解。

历史与地学科中里,学生们主要把视线聚焦在“丝绸之路”的历史渊源和地理因素中,远至汉唐之久,广泛中外之事,张骞、玄奘、马可波罗等等耳熟能详的人物在这次展览中汇聚一堂,也展现着山语湖学生融合学习之美。

鉴古之今,学生们从历史渊源和地理实际等因素理解现代丝绸之路的必要性。

In the subject of morality and rule of law, students explored and demonstrated the historical background of the "the Belt and Road", the development process of the "the Belt and Road", the significance and impact of the "Belt and Road", and the international trend of the "the Belt and Road". They determined their own themes of inquiry, from the domestic and foreign influence of the Silk Road, the opposition of European and American think tanks to the "the Belt and Road" initiative to the international investment of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, and so on. They summarized their findings in the form of research papers, and explained them in detail to visitors in the exhibition.

In the field of History and Geography, students mainly focus on the historical origins and geographical factors of the "Silk Road", as far back as the Han and Tang dynasties, with a wide range of domestic and foreign affairs. Famous figures such as Zhang Qian, Xuanzang, Marco Polo, and others gathered in this exhibition, showcasing the beauty of integrated learning among students from Shanyu Lake. From ancient times to present, students need to understand the necessity of the modern Silk Road from factors such as historical origins and geographical realities.

九年级的学生则从另外的角度对“一带一路”政策进行了学习实践。

商业管理和经济学科,学生们创建并执行了一份非营利商业计划,以展示他们对营销的知识和理解,以及营销对企业其他职能的重要性。学员被分为两组,作为“丝绸之路”行业的独立公司进行竞争,销售由丝绸之路沿线交易的商品制成的产品。

每家公司的盈余将捐赠给关爱女孩慈善机构,学生们还将为关爱女孩慈善以帮助提高人们的认识。

The G9 students learned and practiced the "the Belt and Road" policy from another perspective. In the fields of Business Management and Economics, students created and implemented a non-profit business plan to showcase their knowledge and understanding of marketing, as well as its importance to other functions of the enterprise. The students are divided into two groups to compete as independent companies in the "Silk Road" industry, selling products made from goods traded along the Silk Road.

The surplus of each company will be donated to charity organizations that care for girls, and students will also donate to charity organizations that care for girls to help raise awareness.

本次活动邀请了家长和社会各界人士来进行参观,为此,学生们还专程走出校门,分发邀请函希望获得更广泛的关注和支持。

在活动结束时,我们依然可以看到正在讲解的学生和认真聆听的家长朋友,相信这样的活动对学生的学业水平和非学术素养都会有很好的促进,也对家长朋友了解学校工作和孩子的发展有了更多的了解。

This event invited parents and people from outside of school community, and for this purpose, students also made a special trip out of the school gate and distributed invitations in the hope of gaining wider attention and support.

At the end of the activity, we can still see students explaining and parents listening attentively. We believe that such activities will greatly promote students' academic and nonacademic literacy, and also provide parents and friends with a better understanding of school work and children's development.
