On the 15th and 16th of April MYP teachers at Sias International School participated in a 2-day “Developing the MYP” workshop. The workshop was facilitated by experienced IB workshop leader Ms. Rushni Ramachadran. Sias International School aims to at developing teachers professionally and deliver meaningful learning needed for 21st-century education.  

4月15至16日，西亚斯外籍学校中学项目各位老师参与了为期两天的MYP课程培训。此次培训讲师由拉什尼-拉马查德兰女士担任，她具有丰富的IB课程教学经验。西亚斯外籍学校致力于培养具有专业素养并能为21世纪教育助力的教师。 

MYP teachers participated in synchronous and asynchronous collaborative activities and completed all sessions of the workshop. They developed their understanding of unit planners, approaches to learning skills and connected how project-based learning helped students to succeed in real life. All participating teachers will be receiving an IB certificate for the ‘Developing the MYP’ workshop. 

各位老师在培训中积极参与同步和异步的合作活动并且完成了所有设置环节。他们加深了自身作为单元探究组织者的理解，提升了如何更好促进学生学习的能力，也对为何项目式学习可以帮助学生在现实生活中成功有了更多感悟。所有参与培训的教师将会获得 IB“MYP提升培训“证书。
