大自然的五彩斑斓，就是地球最美的着色。仲春四月，生机盎然。2023年的4月22日，我们迎来了第54个世界地球日，这是一项世界性的环境保护活动，旨在唤起人类爱护地球的意识。保护环境有着特别重要的意义，用真诚的行动，守护我们赖以生存的地球，我们一起来看看幼儿园的小朋友们为呼吁保护地球做了什么呢?

K3 China class的小朋友一起制作了一张大型世界地图，孩子们分组用旧报纸和胶带来制作各大洲大陆的形状，了解了更多关于各个大洲的知识，例如有什么动物等并把他们画出来。

通过这项活动，孩子们练习了想象力、探究能力以及团队协作能力，同时孩子们制作了各种各样的房子贴在地球的周围，让孩子们知道我们共住一个地球村，保护地球是我们所有人的责任。

The children of K3 China class made a large world map together, and the children used old newspapers and tape to make shapes of continents in groups, learn more about each continent, such as what animals are there, and draw them. Through this activity, the children practiced their imagination, inquiry and teamwork skills, while the children made various houses and pasted them around the earth, letting them know that we live together in a global village and that it is the responsibility of all of us to protect the earth.

为培养幼儿对环境的关心与责任感，Pre K的小朋友们也开展了地球日的活动。活动以“爱护地球”为主题,首先通过图片与视频,与幼儿了解地球的奥妙。并开始与幼儿一起讨论保护环境的重要性,引导幼儿表达个人观点,共同决定制作一个“地球”作为作品的主体。

孩子们用粘土捏制了地球外形,并选择了环保材料来装饰地球。培养幼儿‘绿色生活’的理念,呼吁大家保护地球！

The children made the shape of the earth out of clay and chose eco-friendly materials to decorate the earth. Cultivate the concept of 'green living' in young children and call on everyone to protect the earth!

K1的小朋友利用瓶盖、吸管还有旧报纸等可再利用材料，制造出了两个地球模型，小朋友们还用彩泥给地球穿上了衣服。为了体现保护地球的重要性，小朋友们还用粘土制作了很多绿色的小地球，组成了一颗郁郁葱葱的大树，孩子们用手掌印来表示自己愿意保护地球，并呼吁所有人“让我们一起保护地球！”

K1 children used reusable materials such as bottle caps, straws and old newspapers to create two models of the earth, and the children also dressed the earth with colored clay. K2的小朋友们通过绘本和视频了解到环境污染会出现“全球变暖”现象，从而导致极地冰山融化，海平面上升，极地的小动物也正面临着许多的危险。小朋友们用环保材料制作了“冰山”，还用彩泥制作了极地企鹅，制作出一副“拯救企鹅”的作品，让大家知道保护环境的重要性！

Through picture books and videos, K2 children learned that environmental pollution will cause "global warming", which will lead to melting polar icebergs, rising sea levels, and polar animals are facing many dangers. The children made "icebergs" with environmentally friendly materials, and also made polar penguins with colored clay, making a "Save the Penguins" work, so that everyone knows the importance of protecting the environment!

那如果我们不爱护地球，地球还会变成什么样呢？K3 South Africa的小朋友用再生材料制作了一个不一样的地球，用心爱护的半边地球是蓝色的，而另外半边环境被破坏后，地球就会“生病”，两边的地球形成了鲜明的对比，让小朋友再次意识到保护环境对于地球“健康”的重要性。

The children of K3 South Africa made a different earth with recycled materials, half of the earth is blue, and after the other half of the environment is destroyed, the earth will be "sick", the two sides of the earth form a sharp contrast, so that the children once again realize the importance of protecting the environment to the "health" of the earth.
