“我们处于百年未有之大变革的时代，大到一个国家、小到一个团体、乃至每一个个体都面临各种各样的挑战。”培训现场，陈校发言开篇便为大家敲响了警钟。大环境的变化，人工智能的高速发展，已经让越来越多的人意识到问题的紧迫性。

"We are in an era of great change that has not been seen in a hundred years. We face all kinds of challenges at a national, group and individual level." At the training site, Mr. Byron Chen opened his speech by highlighting those changes in the general environment, coupled with the rapid development of artificial intelligence, are of such magnitude that they cannot be ignored.

担心自己的工作、担心孩子的教育……问题出在哪？或许并不是能力本身，而是在于“只会”“重复”。思维是无法被替代的，我们需要提升创造力，增长知识，锻炼能力，深耕专业领域，这也是进行培训的意义。

All this worry about your job, your children's education - what is the threat AI poses to this? Maybe, suggested Mr. Byron Chen, there is no issue, only a fearful repetition of the unknown. He continued: AI will never replace real thinking. But we all need to be more creative, foster greater expertise - this, he maintained, is the meaning of training. 

因此，我们需要终身学习，就如同彼一米的核心理念：“学习是每一个人的终身历程，它根植于文化与传承，放眼于世界及未来，不断超越，成就卓越”，我们需要不断提升，需要加强自身的专业素养水平，提升核心竞争力，才能做到不被替代。

Learning can be seen as a lifelong journey in which we must adapt to this changing environment. This is a core principal of BeeMee’s philosophy: "True learning is a lifelong journey for everyone. We need to continuously improve in our professionalism and efficacy to deliver ‘true learning’, and in this way become irreplaceable even by the most advanced AI.

As a member of BeeMee, what core qualities do we need to possess to enhance our competitiveness? This question was answered by Ms. Shan Shan Xiang during the training event: "Guardians", "Empathetic", "Dedicated" and "Professional".

扎实地做好每一件事情，不敷衍了事，全心全意地投入到工作中，追求优秀，这是“踏实”；给予他人温暖、关怀和支持，带来积极正面的影响，要学会“有爱”；专注、真诚和不掺杂私心，工作的状态要“纯粹”；具备“专业”的知识和技能，在相关领域有丰富的经验，最终做出高质量的工作，提供高质量的成果。

Doing a solid job, not working perfunctorily, devoting oneself wholeheartedly to one's work and pursuing excellence - this is the definition of "Guardians". How to be empathetic? Ms. Shan Shan Xiang says: “give warmth, care and support to others, bring a positive influence to all you meet, be kind always.” “Dedicated?” - being dedicated, sincere and unadulterated with selfish motives. Finally, Ms. Shan Shan Xiang gave us her understanding of Professionalism: possessing professional knowledge and skills, having a wealth of experience in relevant fields, and ultimately producing high-quality work while delivering high-quality results.

而在教育行业，我们更需要注重底层素养的培养，这难以被量化、无法被考核。我们要打造一个高素养、高思维的优质环境，每个人的性格不同、成长环境不同，所擅长的方面也不尽相同，因此我们需要做好自己，也要学会“看见”，看见每一个人的优点，也看见每一个孩子的“闪光点”。

In the education industry, we often need to focus more on cultivating those hidden qualities that cannot be quantified and cannot be assessed. We need to create a quality environment of high achieving and thinking. Everyone's personality is different. We all grow up in differing environments with our own special qualities. It is our responsibility to not only teach well, but to look closely and see the advantages of each colleague and student. We must see everyone's strengths and every child's "flash point".

而作为一名优秀的管理者，你需要以身作则，身正为范。有担当、能扛事、不怕事；同时要有“服务意识”，能及时沟通、冷静处理、真诚回应；同时要有同理心，多换位思考，不将自己的想法强加给他人；最重要是有大局观，要把有责任感和使命感，大家凝心聚力，向着共同的目标努力前进。

As a good manager, you need to lead by example. You must be courageous and dedicated, able to communicate with authority but with respect. Empathy is essential, as is to think outside the box, which of course includes being willing to listen to others. The most important thing is that you can see the wider picture, helping you to share and carry the vision of the company. 

落实到日常生活和工作中，到底应该如何提升、如何学习？陈校、段园及刘园通过一个个实际案例，为在座的管理者给出了建议。

How exactly should we continue to improve and learn? Mr. Byron Chen, Ms. Danni Duan and Ms. Sara Liu shared their thoughts on this.

首先，在于“明道”。要把握好时代的脉搏，顺势而为，同时还要坚守做人的底线，做正确的事。用心做事，爱心育人，我们的事业利在当代，功在千秋。我们要理解彼一米的教育理念、规律及原则，饱含无限的使命感、责任感和荣誉感，帮助孩子们成为全面发展、适应未来的终身学习者。

Most importantly, understand the way of things as they are now: the nature of the times. With this correct worldview, always strive to do the right thing. Here at BeeMee, ensure you understand the school’s educational philosophy: a sense of duty to create in our children the desire to be life-long learners who can adapt to an uncertain future. 

其次，在于“优术”。没有完美的个体，但可以有优秀的团队。一个优秀的团队，需要管理标准化、标准流程化、流程智能化。例如，在采购部门，便分为“日常常规采购”“紧急和活动采购”“固定资产采购”等等，按照种类和实际情况，流程化、规范化执行；再如工程部门，日常的报修流程，便涉及“初步检查”“排除故障”“授权报修”“问题汇总”等多项步骤，每个环节、每项流程都需要标准化、智能化，才能做到精准、高效。

Secondly, accept limitations. There is no perfect individual, but there can be an excellent team, something which requires a standardized and intelligent system of management. For example, procurement is divided into three categories: daily, emergency and fixed. This division ensures successful operation.. Another example is the engineering department, also divided into categories, with each process linked in an intelligent and efficient way. 

第三，在于“择善”。“择善而习”“择善而交”“择善而事”，学以致用，历事练心。发现合适的人、选择正确的人，这是人事部门的职责范围，让每一个人能在各自的岗位上得到成长和收获，这同样是意义所在；做出正确的事、拥有良好的人际关系，在市场部的礼仪培训中，也是至关重要的一环，社会是不同群体的集合，群体是由众多个体汇合而成的，我们需要相互敬重、相互理解、求同存异、和谐相处。彼一米的成长，需要每一个人的用心付出；而彼一米的成长，也能够成就我们自己。

Finally, It lies in "choosing the good". "Choose what is good to learn," "choose what is good to know," "choose what is good to do," and apply what you have learnt, and practice what you have learnt. Choosing the right person is the remit of the HR department, ensuring everyone can flourish at their work. Only by doing this can a company function in harmony, and this harmony can extend into society itself. We need to respect each other, understand each other, seek common ground while reserving differences, and live in harmony.
