香港教联会特许批准｜佛山ASJ教师团队成为正式一员！

为提升学校教学质量，提供教师专业素养和教学能力的发展平台，全国人大代表、香港教育工作者联会主席、佛山暨大港澳子弟学校学术顾问黄锦良校长为学校教育积极赋能，促进粤港两地教师互相学习和启发，从而达到共识和共用，实现「教学相长，共同进步」。

In order to improve the quality of school education and provide a platform for the development of teachers' professional qualities and teaching abilities, Mr. Wong Kam Leung, National People's Congress Deputy, Chairperson of the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers (HKFEW), and Academic Advisor of ASJ (Foshan), actively empowered school education, promote mutual learning and inspiration between teachers in Guangdong and Hong Kong so as to achieve common understanding and sharing, and "learning from each other and progressing together”.

香港教育工作者联会成立于1975年4月，一直坚持「爱国爱港」立场，本着「凝聚专业，服务同工」精神，以理性务实态度促进香港教育事业发展，由吴康民校长创会。本会第二十届理事会会长为刘智鹏教授，主席为黄锦良校长，服务对象是全港教育工作者及学校，目前会员人数已超过57,000人，涵盖2,000多间大专院校、中学、小学、幼稚园及特殊学校。是现今香港最大的教师团体。成员包括各级教育机构的校监、校长、教师和职工等。

The Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers (HKFEW) was established in April 1975. It has always adhered to the stance of "loving China, loving Hong Kong" and the spirit of "Gathering professionals and serving those in the education industry" to promote the development of Hong Kong's education industry in a rational and pragmatic manner, and it was founded by the President of the Federation, Mr. Ng Hong Man.The 20th Council of the Association, chaired by Prof. Lau Chi Pang and Principal Wong Kam Leung, serves all educators and schools in Hong Kong, with a membership of over 57,000 covering over 2,000 colleges and universities, secondary schools, elementary school, kindergartens and special schools. It is now the largest teachers' group in Hong Kong. Members include school supervisors, principals, teachers and staff at all levels of education.

主要活动

Main Activities

多年来，教联会创建了一些品牌活动，包括「教师体育节」、「优秀教师选举」等。其中「教师体育节」为教育界大型的年度体育盛事，为教师提供舒展身心的机会；「优秀教师选举」旨在表扬教师的贡献，彰显教学成果。此外，教联会关注香港的教育发展，就教育议题进行调查研究，并公开发表意见。

Over the years, HKFEW has created some brand activities, including the "Teachers' Sports Festival" and the "Outstanding Teachers' Election". The "Teachers' Sports Festival" is a large-scale annual sports event for the education sector, providing teachers with opportunities to stretch their bodies and minds. The "Outstanding Teachers' Election" aims to recognize the contributions of teachers and highlight the achievements of teaching. In addition, the HKFEEW is concerned about the development of education in Hong Kong, and conducts surveys and researches on education issues and expresses its views publicly.

除关注香港教育发展，与香港教育局及各教育团体建立紧密的联系和合作外，教联会亦将会务向外扩展，多年来与国家教育部及内地各省、市的教育部门、工会等建立了互信的良好关系，合办活动无数。

Apart from focusing on the development of education in Hong Kong and establishing close contact and cooperation with the Hong Kong Education Bureau and various educational bodies, the HKFEW has also expanded its services outside Hong Kong. Over the years, it has established a good relationship of mutual trust with the Ministry of Education of the country, as well as education departments, trade unions, and other entities in various provinces and cities in the mainland, and has jointly organized numerous events.

加强粤港教师交流，助力湾区教育发展

黄锦良校长在《教育专业》月刊中提出，[为配合计划顺利推行，教联会将会修改会章，特别增加大湾区会员为新一类的会员类别。非香港老师虽然没有香港身份但仍然是我们香港学生的老师，我们希望能够深化他们对香港教育的认识，提供教育相关的实用资讯，帮助他们对专业技能、教育政策，甚至对自身的益福利有更深入的了解。]

In the monthly magazine "Education Professionals", Principal Wong Kam-leung said, “to tie in with the smooth implementation of the Scheme, the HKFEW will amend its constitution to specifically add the Greater Bay Area Membership as a new category of membership. Non-Hong Kong teachers are still teachers of our Hong Kong students even though they do not have Hong Kong status. We hope to deepen their understanding of education in Hong Kong, provide practical information related to education, and help them to have a better understanding of professional skills, education policies, and even their own welfare.”

目前，香港教育者工作联会仅对几所内地港澳子弟学校的老师开放，加入的老师将有机会参与到组织的培训与交流活动中。

At present, the HKFEW is only open to teachers from a few Mainland schools with children from Hong Kong and Macau. Teachers who join will have the opportunity to participate in the training and exchange activities organized.

佛山暨大港澳子弟学校鼓励老师积极发展自我、提升教学能力，通过香港教育者工作联会的平台也能加深佛山ASJ教师对于香港课程的教学认知，不断丰富自己的教育知识和技能。

ASJ(Foshan) encourages teachers to actively develop themselves and enhance their teaching abilities. Through the platform of HKFEW, teachers can also deepen their understanding of teaching in Hong Kong curriculum and continuously enrich their educational knowledge and skills.

这种合作与交流，不仅有助于促进教育资源的共享和优化配置，对于推动粤港澳大湾区教育一体化发展也具有积极意义。学校将继续深化与香港教育界的合作，不断探索和创新教育模式，为更多的学生提供更为全面、优质的教育服务。

Such cooperation and exchanges not only help promote the sharing and optimal allocation of educational resources, but also have positive significance in promoting the integrated development of education in Greater Bay Area. ASJ(Foshan) will continue to deepen the cooperation with the education sector in Hong Kong, and continue to explore and innovate the education model to provide more comprehensive and quality education services for more students.
