即将去往帕森斯设计学院的Tina，很快就要结束在莱克顿的学业，对Tina L来说，在这里的三年时光，充满了复杂的感情、回忆与不舍。

从小就对色彩表现出极强兴趣与敏感的Tina，一开始就清楚自己未来会选择艺术类专业。她擅长色彩与元素的碰撞，通过充满创意的搭配，展现出与众不同的效果。进入莱克顿后，Tina在IGCSE和A Level阶段都毫不犹豫的选择了“艺术与设计”、“设计工艺”和“商业”等科目，大多是与艺术相关的课程。在从IGCSE升入A Level阶段的同时，Tina也开始了在莱克顿全寄宿的生活。双重考验让她面临了许多前所未有的挑战。

Soon be attending Parsons School of Design, Tina L. is about to finish her studies in Lucton. The three years here in Lucton are full of complex feelings and memories for her.

Since childhood, Tina shows great interests and sensitivities to colour. She knows exactly that she wants to pursue an art major. She excels at clashing various colours and elements, and producing a unique effect with creative collocation. After entering Lucton, Tina has chosen, without hesitation, Art and Design, Design and Technology, and Business in IGCSE and A Level to prepare herself for the future. While transiting from IGCSE to A Level, Tina has started a full boarding life in Lucton.

全寄宿的生活让她意识到自己不能再依赖家长的保护，她必须学会独立面对问题。来自学校各处老师们的悉心关注，让她在成长道路上收获了许多温暖，与同学朝夕相处的时光，让她拥有了真挚的友谊。全寄宿的生活让她实现了精神上的蜕变。“最重要的是学会了自我反思”，这是她对自己的总结。

The full boarding life makes Tina realize that she can no longer rely on her parents. She must face problems independently. The utmost devotion from the teachers has warmed Tina from deep within. The time she spends with her classmates day and night has given her sincere friendship. The whole boarding life has enlightened Tina spiritually. She says that the most important thing of all she learned during this time is self-reflect.

于是，尽管在制作作品集时，她有过短暂的迷茫——元素、效果、如何表达都是她需要考虑的，但她仍然快速的摆脱了困境。最终，Tina 做了一个大胆的决定——“中西结合”，将中国文化的元素与西方文化融入到设计中，其中一个排版书籍的作品她所选择的是“周庄梦蝶”和“知鱼之乐”的故事。用中国传统古书的扎针方式和时尚摄影的艺术形式把两个故事结合，传达给众人：“万物皆平等”的独特世界观。

As a result, although Tina had a short period of confusion in producing works for her portfolio, she quickly resolved her dilemma. In the end, she made a bold decision to integrate both Chinese and Western culture into her design. Two of the typesetting books she chose to integrate into her work are the story of "Zhuangzhou Dreamt of Butterfly" and the story of "the Joy of Knowing Fish". The two stories are combined with the traditional Chinese book-binding techniques, and modern photography is used to convey Tina’s unique view of the world: all things are equal.

热爱钻研、洞察各国平面视觉传达的Tina，对于世界潮流也有着自己的观察和理解，她说：“中国的文化已经开始影响国际潮流，很多国际品牌都在尝试用中国的元素做设计。不过，我认为，他们对中国文化的理解还是浮于表面的，我希望我可以把最纯粹的中国文化用不同的视觉传媒方式来做设计，将博大精深的中华文化带向国际。”基于这个伟大梦想，Tina的作品中还有一项十分具有创意的设计——中药麻将。这是一个结合中国两大国粹的作品，她把平日里从书中学会的中医知识与自己的爱好麻将相结合，以“劳逸结合”为中心思想，来呼吁当代年轻人娱乐的同时也不要忘记学习。

Tina, who loves to study and has insights into visual graphics from different countries, has her own observation and understanding of the world. She said, “Chinese culture has begun to influence the international trend, and many international brands are trying to incorporate Chinese elements in their designs. However, I think their understanding of Chinese culture is superficial. I hope I can design the purest Chinese culture via different visual media, and present the profound Chinese culture to the world.” With this great dream in mind, Tina created the Traditional Chinese medicine mahjong. This is a work combining the two quintessence of China. She combines the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine she learned from the book with her hobby of mahjong. Tina takes a strike at the balance between work and rest. Using this as the central idea of the project, she wants to appeal to contemporary young people to not only enjoy themselves when having fun, but also to learn from it.

在莱克顿的第二年，她参与了学校首届学生会团队的竞选，最终任职学生会副会长，开始承担许多重要的工作。这对曾经不擅长交流的她来说是一件很有挑战的尝试。令她印象最深刻的是“莱克顿之声”活动，作为学生会副会长，这项全权由学生会负责的活动，需要她承担大量的组织与领导工作。这期间有大量的沟通和工作压力。面对种种困境，她尽可能靠自己的力量一一破解，这是她第一次亲历亲为地举办这样一场大型的活动，当演出圆满完成时，那一刻，酸甜苦辣各种情绪都涌上心头，在后台的她，为自己一直以来的坚持努力而感到骄傲。掌声，笑容就是最完美的肯定。

In her second year in Lucton, Tina participated in the election of the first Student Leadership Team, and was elected the vice president. She began to undertake many important tasks. This was proven a very challenging task for her, as she was not good at communicating with others. The most memorable event for Tina was the Voice of Lucton. This event was fully responsible by the Student Leadership Team. As the vice president, Tina was required to undertake a lot of organization and leadership work. There was a lot of communication and work pressure in this period. Faced with all kinds of challenges, she tried her best to solve them one by one with her own strength. It was the first time that she held such a large-scale event. When the event had proceeded with big success, Tina was overwhelmed with all sorts of emotions. She was proud of her persistent efforts. Applause and smile from the audiences are the best affirmation for her.

等待Offer的日子是难熬的，作品集中大胆的尝试让她心怀忐忑，甚至还质疑过自己导致自信心下降。而收到Offer的那瞬间，所有的不安终于回归平静。对于未来，Tina充满了期待，对她来说，在莱克顿的生活真正让她学会了如何独立，如何面对压力，如何解决困境，她会用实际行动去证明自己的实力。高中生涯的结束开启了大学生活的新篇章，异国他乡意味着脱离从小到大的舒适圈，无数的变数和挑战都是不可避免的。带着坚定的信念，Tina会用自己的方式把中华文化推向世界。她的梦想，她的未来，值得我们每一个人期待。

The wait for the offer is unbearable. Tina feels unsure about the bold attempts in her works and even doubts herself. All the uneasiness is finally put to rest when she received her offer. Tina is now full of expectations for the upcoming future. Life in Lucton taught her how to be independent, how to face pressure and how to solve difficulties. She will once again prove her strength with practical actions. The end is only the beginning. Tina is breaking away from her comfort zone to study abroad. Countless variables and challenges are inevitable. With a firm belief, Tina will push Chinese culture to the world in her own way. Her dream and her future are worth looking forward to.
