The Mangahigh COBIS mathematics challenge was held on 24 - 31 January. Every student in the school participated and the online challenges varied for each year group. It was a competitive week with many students competing against their friends and class mates. There is another challenge in March and the students are excited to compete.

LEH students also attended the COBIS Poetry Competition, a brilliant opportunity for young writers to compete internationally and showcase their talent. This year's competition theme is 'Looking Ahead'. Though the final results will not be announced until the end of March, we are delighted to see budding poets at LEH Foshan.

今年COBIS诗歌创作比赛的主题是“展望未来”，学生们将参与全球竞赛，充分施展他们的创作才能。比赛最终的结果会于3月底公布，我们也欣慰地发现学校已经有几位冉冉升起的小诗人。

LEH young athlete Samuel took part in the COBIS 5KM Race and came 4th out of 52 runners around the world in the senior boy's event. His final time was 19.31. This is one of the best demonstrations that at LEH Foshan we are devoted to providing students with a wide programme of sport encouraging achievement at national and international levels.

The School in its provision of boarding provides a high level of care for students promoting their health, emotional well-being and educational progress.

The boarding staff go to considerable lengths to make sure all students are included as far as it possible to build cohesion and a sense of belonging. They listen to students too. One recent success of the Student Council was to suggest a lost and found room in the boarding house.

LEH Foshan has officially authorised by Cambridge Assessment International Education and Pearson Edexcel to offer academic programmes and qualifications.
