Ms Enyi Hu

Ms Enyi Hu拥有英语一级荣誉学士学位和美国研究硕士学位。在香港大学学习期间，她曾担任研究生研究员及教学助理，并获得全额奖学金。Ms Hu曾任托福写作指导教师，而后在杭州一所著名国际学校任教，她教授的课程涵盖语音教学法、道德规范、小学科学等广泛领域，并每周举办一次美国历史CCA研讨会。现在她向10年级和11年级的学生们教授IGCSE英语作为第二语言的课程。

Ms Enyi Hu holds a B.A. (first class) in English and an MPhil degree in American Studies. As a recipient of a full-ride scholarship, she served as a postgraduate research and teaching assistant while studying at the university of Hong Kong. Ms Hu was a TOEFL writing instructor, and a teacher trainee at a prestigious international school in Hangzhou where she taught a broad range of subjects including phonics, morality, primary-level science and ran a weekly American History CCA workshop. Ms Hu is now teaching the IGCSE English as a Second Language course to year 10s and year 11s at Lucton.

Ms Jing Xie拥有英国剑桥大学英语语言教师证书，是受过专业培训的英语教师。她拥有英语学士学位和教育学硕士学位。在爱丁堡大学攻读硕士期间，她专注于教育心理学，旨在另辟蹊径，从心理层面促进学生学习。她有着在英国爱丁堡语言学校的教学经历，曾在一所上海重点高中担任模拟联合国培训老师，也曾担任过雅思、托福私人培训师。本学期，她和Ms Hu一起向10年级和11年级的学生们教授IGCSE英语作为第二语言的课程。

Ms Jing Xie is a professionally trained English language teacher with a CELTA certificate. She has a BA in English and an MSc in Education. In her postgraduate years in the University of Edinburgh, she laid a special focus on child and adolescent psychology, aiming to stimulate students’ interest in learning by better understanding their psychological needs. In addition to her teaching experience in a language school in Edinburgh, UK, she worked as a Model United Nations coach in a key high school in Shanghai. Her performance in IELTS and TOEFL also qualifies her to be a trainer. Now she is working with Ms Hu to teach IGCSE English as a second language course to students in Year 10 and 11.

Mr Mike Sharp

Mr Mike Sharp拥有国际冲突与合作硕士学位和政治、社会学和专业教育学士学位，同时也完成各种教育管理和领导力课程。他从事教育工作已有14年，其中的10年分别在苏格兰、英格兰和威尔士担任教师，尽职尽责。在此期间，Mr Sharp担任了多种教学职务，其中包括人文学科课程的主管，他积极推动了人文学科在英国本土学校及其他国际学校的发展。在莱克顿，他和蔼可亲的样子深受学生的喜爱。Mr Sharp常鼓励学生们迎接新的挑战，他相信这样才能让学生们找寻自己最大的极限，从而发掘自己的能力。

Mr Mike Sharp has completed an MSC in International Conflict and Cooperation and a BA (Hons) in Politics, Sociology and Professional Education. Whilst also completing various education Management and Leadership courses. He has been involved in education for fourteen years, ten of these as a fully qualified teacher separately in Scotland, England and Wales. During this time Mike has held a variety of roles including Leader of Humanities Curriculum and has been tasked with the instigation of Humanities departments for a variety of schools in the UK and Internationally. In Lucton, he is very kind and loved by students. Mr Sharp often encourages students to take on new challenges, which he believes will allow them to explore their own limits and discover their abilities.

Mr Henry Skupek

Mr Henry Skupek拥有澳大利亚莫纳什大学的药学博士学位，有着超过15年的教学、课程开发和教育管理经验。除了在澳大利亚工作，Mr Skupek还在亚洲各地拥有广泛的工作经验，曾在泰国、越南、马来西亚以及现居的中国等国家工作过。Mr Skupek的大部分经验与科学教学以及英语作为第二语言课程有关。他也曾在墨尔本大学、莫纳什大学、维多利亚理工大学、澳大利亚药学院和澳大利亚中医学院等多所大学的医学和药学专业任教。Mr Skupek的课堂上有很多新奇有趣的实验，学生们通过精心设计的实验，观察现象，得出结论。学习过程充满乐趣，不但被调动了兴趣，也从中培养了实操能力。

With a PhD in Pharmacy from Monash University in Australia, Mr Henry Skupek possesses over 15 years of Teaching, Curriculum Development and Education Management Experience. In addition to working in Australia, Mr Skupek has worked extensively across Asia, having worked in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and now China. Much of Mr Skupek 's experience is associated with teaching the Sciences, and English as a Second Language (ESL). Previously, he has taught Medicine and Pharmacy students, having worked at the University of Melbourne, Monash University, Victoria University of Technology, the Australian College of Pharmacy, and the Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Australia. Mr Skupek's class has many interesting and novel experiments. Students observe the phenomenon and draw conclusions through designed experiments, which arouses their interest and develops their operational ability.

Ms Isabel Zheng在上海大学获得了数学学士学位和管理硕士学位，后又在墨尔本大学完成教育学(中级)硕士学位。在此期间，Ms Zheng在墨尔本的三所中学(包括两所公立学校和一所私立学校)以及广州的一所国际学校担任见习教师。她还持有新西兰教师注册证书。现在，她在莱克顿教授进阶数学课程并担任数学竞赛辅导老师。她清晰、细致的讲解，灵活又巧妙的思路常常给学生新的启发和帮助。

Ms Isabel Zheng has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Management from Shanghai University. She then completed the degree of Master of Teaching (Secondary) in University of Melbourne. During that period, Ms Zheng worked as a teacher candidate in three secondary schools in Melbourne (including two public schools and one independent school) and an international school in Guangzhou. She also holds the Certificate of Teacher Registration in New Zealand. She is now teaching additional mathematics at Lucton and is also a tutor for the math competition, giving students new inspiration and help.

Ms Lizzie Leung

Ms Lizzie Leung在香港浸会大学获得音乐学士学位后，又于英国约克大学获得音乐教育硕士及钢琴研究硕士学位。她早期的教学生涯丰富，曾在英国和香港的音乐中心和小学里，负责个人的钢琴及理论课程和团体器乐课程的教学工作。她曾加入英国金博尔顿学校，作为驻校音乐家，教授IGCSE和A Level的音乐课程。她还参与了学校音乐剧——《悲惨世界》的制作，并陪同学生参加他们在英国皇家音乐学院和三一学院的器乐考试。在音乐课上，她擅长引导启发学生的思维，用几个简单的音符就可以引发一串灵动的乐曲。

Ms Lizzie Leung studied for her BA in Music Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University following which she obtained her MA in Music Education and MA in Music - Piano Studies at University of York, UK. Her early teaching career involved individual piano and theory lessons, and group instrumental teaching for music centres and at primary School’s both in Hong Kong and in the UK. She joined Kimbolton School, UK, as the Musician in Residence teaching IGCSE and A level music. She also participated in school production - Les Miserable, and accompany students for their ABRSM and Trinity instrumental exams. In her music class, she is good at guiding and enlightening students' thinking, using a few simple notes to create a series of amazing music.

Mr Godwin Okochi

Mr Godwin Okochi拥有肯尼亚肯雅塔大学能源工程学士学位，及上海交通大学动力工程和工程热物理硕士学位，并持有ITTT颁发的120小时TESOL教学证书。他有五年多的IGCSE、AS和A Level的物理和数学教学经验，曾在肯尼亚任教，也曾在江苏盐城外国语学校为准备参加IGCSE、AS和A Level考试的学生教授全日制高中物理以及剑桥通用学科英语。在此期间Mr Okochi还担任物理部门主管。来到上海莱克顿的他，会说流利的中文，但是他上课期间从来不用中文与学生沟通，他希望能够鼓励学生在全英语的教学环境下交流。

Mr Godwin Okochi holds a BSc. Energy Engineering degree from one of the top universities in Kenya (Kenyatta University) as well as a M.Sc. Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Godwin also holds a 120 hours TESOL teaching certificate from ITTT. He has more than five years’ experience teaching IGCSE, AS and A Level Physics and Maths to students. Previously, he taught in Kenya before coming to China where he has been teaching full-time high school Physics for students preparing to sit for IGCSE, AS and A Level examinations as well as middle school Cambridge checkpoint Science at Yancheng Foreign Language School. During this time, he also served as Head of Physics Department. He is fluent in Chinese, but in Lucton, he never speaks Chinese to his students in class. He hopes to encourage students to communicate in an English-speaking environment.

Ms Stella Dong

Ms Stella Dong是一名在美国受过专业培训的外语教师。她有丰富的海外学习和教学经验。在完成日语学士学位后，她作为交换生在日本生活、工作和学习了一年，之后她前往纽约霍夫斯特拉大学攻读TESOL和LOTE(英语以外的语言)硕士学位。在这两年中，她在美国公立学校进行教学实习的同时，还在一家外语学院工作了一年，为说其他语言的人教授英语、汉语和日语。在她的日语课及日本文化拓展课堂上，学生们都喜欢围坐在她身边，听她娓娓道来。学习不是干枯的死记硬背，而是充满了好奇和探索。

Ms Stella Dong is a professionally trained foreign language teacher in America. She has plenty of overseas study and teaching experience. After completing her BA degree in Japanese, during which she had one-year living, working and study experience in Japan as an exchange student, she went to Hofstra University in New York for her MA degree in TESOL and LOTE (Language other than English). While doing teaching internships in American public schools during those two years, she has also been working in a foreign language institute for one year, teaching English, Chinese and Japanese to speakers of other languages. In her Japanese classes and CCA classes in Lucton, learning is full of curiosity and exploration, students really like to sit around and listen to her.
