一次关于自我与行为的对话

首先,在此谨代表生活与学生关爱部全体教职成员向各位莱克顿家人们道一声新年快乐。从2020走到2021,我们凭着坚持和彼此相互的支持,在这不同寻常的一年中分别收获了各自的精彩!


在2020年即将结束时,生活部的学生心理健康辅导老师们针对10年级的学生们组织了一场“Wuli良品- 如何辨别和培养良好品质“的对话。Wuli,是韩语之中我们、我们的意思,而良品,顾名思义,是良好品质或者良好的物品的意思。通过这样的一个标题,辅导老师们想传达给学生的是好的品质和物品,其实是一直陪伴在自己身边的,不需要刻意的培养,但是需要通过细腻的心来发现和寻找。


在这场精心准备的对话之中,辅导老师们和学生先从周遭的物品谈起,什么样的物品或者品牌是好的。在这个问题之中学生很快速的举出了许许多多的例子,如:LV包、宝马车等一些知名的国际品牌。但是,当老师询问了这些物品被定义为好物品的原因是什么?是基于什么标准来判断的呢?的时候,现场迎来了一个短暂的沉默。在沉默之后,开始有了一些不太确定的答案出现,如:很有名?或者做工很好?等。在这样的一问一答之中,开启了一场围绕着什么是良品的激烈讨论,在这其中,我们涉足了社会性的公约,如:法律、道德以及主流价值观,也探索了个人的主观意识,如:自我能力、个人经验以及个人价值观。


就这样,从物品到对他人的性格,再从他人的性格到对自己的评价,一个小时的讨论虽然短暂,但引起了同学们的积极思考和热烈讨论。最让老师们欣慰的是,当台上的老师们在解释时,同学们会给予积极的反馈互动,也会有因强烈认同的不停点头和恍然大悟时眼中闪烁的光芒。而这也是本次活动的初衷,希望他们都能够将思考的视野从向外,转为向内,在努力征服星辰大海的同时,也同时探索自己内心的小宇宙。


在初次活动取得相应的成功之后,在新的一年中生活与学生关爱部也会将活动扩展至学校的其他年级,期望在新的一年,所有莱克顿人能在这类讲座活动中,寻得一丝思考的空间,认识自我,认可自我,突破自我,为自己独特的天赋喝彩。

First of all, on behalf of all staff of the Department of Boarding & Pastoral Care, we would like to wish the Lucton family a happy new year. From 2020 to 2021, with perseverance and mutual support, we have gained splendid results in this special year!


At the end of 2020, the student care teacher of the department of boarding organized a workshop on "Wuli liang-pin- How to Identify and Cultivate Good Quality" for Year 10 students. "Wuli" means us in Korean, and "liang-pin", as the name implies, means good quality or fine products. Through such title, what the teachers want to convey a message to the students that it’s of great significance to preserve good qualities and characters. In fact, those qualities are always within ourselves. They do not need to be deliberately cultivated, but to be discovered and searched through a delicate heart.


In this carefully prepared lecture, the teacher and students first talked about the items around them, what kind of items or brands are good. To answer this question, students quickly cited many examples, such as LV bags, BMW cars and other well-known international brands. But when the teacher refers to questions like: why these items are defined as good items? What criteria are used to judge? At that time, there was a brief silence at the scene. After the silence, some uncertain answers began to appear, such as: Is it famous? Or good workmanship? Soon enough, a fierce discussion about the criteria to define a good product began. To analyze this topic, we dabble in social conventions, such as: law, ethics and mainstream values, and also explore the personal values towards individual Awareness, such as: self-ability, personal experience, and personal values.


Via discussion, opinions towards views on objects to the personality of others have formed, evaluation and examination of self and others have summarized. Within the one-hour discussion, positive thinking atmosphere has grown. The most gratifying thing for the teacher is that when the teachers on the stage are explaining, the students will provide positive feedback and interaction, and there will be nodding of their heads suggesting strong approval and the sparkles in the eyes suggesting their excitement. And this is also the original intention of this event. I hope that they will all be able to shift their thinking from the outside to their inside world. While striving to conquer the sea of stars, they also explore their inner universe.


After the corresponding success of the initial activity, the Department of Boarding and Pastoral Care will also extend the activity to other grades of the school after the new year. It is hoped that in the next year, all Luctonians will be able to participate in such activities. Find a little space for thinking, you will be able to understand yourself, recognize yourself, exceed yourself, and applaud your unique talents.
