学生会团队，是学生们的领导者，而会长Steven L和副会长Coco P则要领导整个学生会。在10月，学校筹备篝火之夜活动时，Steven L和Coco P与负责老师沟通活动内容，进行整体策划，再下达给学生会各成员。Steven L能够让不同的意见汇集，消除沟通障碍使大家达成共识，为同一个目标努力；Coco P善于沟通，她将合适的工作内容分配给有各自长处的成员，使工作更高效的推进。在他们的努力下，短短一个月的时间里，各项工作都有条不紊地完成了。

The SLT, which are leaded by the President Steven L and the Vice President Coco P, is the leader of the all students. When the school was preparing for the Bonfire Night in October, Steven L and Coco P communicated with the teacher and coordinated all members of SLT. Steven L has the ability to gather different opinions, and help eliminate communication barriers so that everyone can reach a consensus and work towards the same goal. Coco P is good at communication and can reasonably allocate the work of members to promote the work more efficiently. With their efforts, all the work was completed in an orderly manner in just one month.

莱克顿希望学生发扬领导精神，愿意服务他⼈，主动培养、指导、发展并帮助他⼈获得进步和成功。“在你成为领导者以前，成功只与自己的成长有关。当你成为领导者以后，成功都与别人的成长有关。”对于会长和副会长而言，领导不是一意孤行，而是能够将团队融和，使各个独立的成员能够最大化的发挥作用，在这个过程中，领导者首先要自我管理，去影响其他成员，他们的成长将带动整个团队的成长，而只有团队的成功才是领导者的成功。

Luctonians are expected to have a leadership spirit, and a willingness to serve, cultivate and help others achieve success. “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” For the president and vice-presidents, leadership is not arbitrary, but to integrate the team so that members can maximize their effects. In this process, the leader has to influence other members after self-management, and drive the growth of the whole team. Only the success of the team is the success of the leader.

学校是一个社区、家庭和集体，莱克顿人不仅会追求自身的优秀，更希望能够帮助身边的人。莱克顿的精神将引领学生们有方向的追求人生目标。学术支持Cindy X是一名成绩优异的学生，在今年的IGCSE考试中，她取得了9个A以上的成绩，而在追求自我卓越的路上，她也在积极地帮助身边的同学。加入学生会后，Cindy建立了互帮互助小组，以学生们相互帮助的形式，共同提高学术成绩。

The school is a community, a family, a collective, where Luctonians not only pursue their own excellence, but also want to help those around them, and the Lucton spirit will lead the students to achieve their goals. Cindy X, the Academic Support, is an excellent student with A or above in nine subjects in the IGCSE exam. While achieving self-excellence, she is also actively helping others. After joining the SLT, Cindy set up a Peer Education Program to help students to improve their academic performance together.

技术委员Sean X在计算机科学上有着很高的天赋。在莱克顿之声活动中，他为学校制作了抽奖系统，在篝火之夜活动中，学校又再次“拜托”他制作投票系统，在莱克顿的周晨会上，他也会提供技术支持。一直以来，他运用自己在计算机上的天赋，为学生、学校提供了许多重要的帮助。

Lucton has always been dedicated to celebrating the talents of each individual, helping them discover their potential and abilities, and realize their self-worth. At Lucton, the school is keen to provide opportunities and platforms for students to explore their talents.

Sean X, the Technician, has a strong talent in computer science. He did a lottery system at Melody of Lucton, a voting system at the Bonfire Night, and has been providing technical support at Assembly. He has been doing his best to provide students and schools with a lot of important help in computer science.

Yisa Y, the Art Director, is responsible for the art part of school activities. During the Halloween event, she made posters for promotion. She also helps students understand and use art to solve problems. For example, she organised a poster competition with the theme of saving food, calling on everyone to save food, and the effect was remarkable.

Nastya D，学生会的慈善总监，善良可爱的她，也非常擅长写剧本。在莱克顿历年的活动中，涉及戏剧、故事的活动中总有她忙碌的身影——密室逃脱的剧本，或是学生自创的戏剧，往往都是出自她之手。天马行空的想象力，精彩巧妙的细节，小小的身体里，有着大大的能量。在做好自己分内的工作的同时，她的天赋，让莱克顿的舞台上多了许多精彩的故事。

Nastya D, Charity Director, is kind and lovely with excellent script writing ability. She always contributes to activities involving the creation of dramas and stories, such as scripts for room escapes and student dramas. She has a wild imagination and is good at describing wonderful details. Her artistic talent has added many wonderful stories to The Lucton stage.

品格是育人、育教的根本，莱克顿致力于促进学生品格的发展，学校希望学生们富有同情心，勇敢，有责任心，有主动性，正直并尊重身边的事物。学生会成员更应当具有优良的品格，尤其是责任心。学生会的工作，事无巨细，大到一场活动，小到一个数据，都需要学生会团队认真对待。

Frank L，是学生会的体育代表，莱克顿运动队每一次外出参赛，他都会随行。Rita R是社团负责人，她组织社团演讲，使学生们了解并加入感兴趣的社团。为了更直观的汇报学生社团的情况，她还制作了社团人员表格。Amelia Q，学生会的活动策划。她既要与学校老师沟通活动内容，也要和学生会谈论方案细节，主持稿、策划案等等内容无不是她精心编写的。Nathan G自上一届学生会起就担任财务工作。他会制作财务报表，活动中的采购清单等等，以记录学生会资金的进出。他制作的报表，账目清楚，条理清晰，使学生会的工作更加令人信服。

Character is the foundation of education, and Lucton is committed to promoting the development of character in each student who is expected to be compassionate, courageous, responsible, proactive, upright and respectful of those around them. The members of the SLT should have these excellent characters, especially the sense of responsibility. No matter what the job is, the SLT should take it seriously.

Frank L, the Sports Coordinator, follows every competition the Lucton sports team participates in. Rita R, Club Support Chair, has organized club lectures so that students can learn about clubs and join interested clubs. She also made a club form to report the club situation more intuitively. Amelia Q, the Event Planning, not only needs to communicate the event with teachers, but also discuss the details with the SLT, including manuscript draft, schedule and so on. Nathan G has been working in finance since the last SLT. He is responsible for preparing financial statements and purchasing lists during activities to record the flow of SLT funds. The reports he produced were very clear and organized, which made the work of the SLT more convincing.
