我从丽思卡尔顿酒店的人力资源经理Kathy那里得到的最让我印象深刻的信息是，做招待的人应该热爱他们的工作。态度比技能更重要。我们可以训练人们使他们的技术提升，但我们永远不能教一个人改变他们的态度。首先，酒店业需要从业者花费大量的时间和精力，如果他们对自己的工作没有忠诚和热爱，就很难坚持下去。其次，对于丽思卡尔顿员工的特殊要求是，正如座右铭“我们以绅士淑女的态度，为绅士淑女们忠诚服务”所说的，员工应该是优雅的女士们和绅士们。优雅是发自内心的，是不可伪造的。事实上，这条原则适用于生活中的大多数事情。我们应该有态度地生活，享受每一刻。

From what I was told by Mr. Kathy, HR manager of Ritz Carlton, what impressed me most was that waiters or waitresses should love what they do for a living. Their attitude is more important than their skills. Skills can be improved through training, but one’s attitude can never be changed.

Firstly, the hospitality industry requires its employees to devote large amount of time and efforts to it. If they are lacking in allegiance to and love for their job, it will be very difficult for them to carry on. Secondly, just as their motto describes, employees of Ritz Carlton Hotel should meet a special requirement that they should be graceful ladies and gentlemen. Such gracefulness should be sincere and heartfelt rather than pretended. In fact, this principle applies to most circumstances in life. We should live by taking our own attitude and enjoy every moment of our life.

酒店服务第二重要的是食物。建立餐厅，我们也需要态度。尚牛社会创新发明的季节性菜单有一种特别的汉堡，叫藤椒鸡肉堡。它的灵感来自于一个四川餐厅清洁工带来的自制辣酱；拳击猫抱着在中国推广精酿啤酒的目标，做了很多努力，也取得了一定的成功。这些都是有积极态度的公司的故事。

The second important factor of hotel service is its food. To build a restaurant, we also need attitude. Inspired by a homemade chili sauce brought by a restaurant cleaner from Sichuan Province, a specialty called rattan pepper chicken burger has been included in the seasonal menu innovated by Shangniushehui, a restaurant. Having aimed to promote brewed beer in China, Boxing Cat has been working very hard and has achieved success to some extent. These are the stories of those companies taking positive attitudes.
