名侦探柯南 Dective Conan
今早分享，Elisa老师与大家聊了聊自己最喜欢的日本动漫——名侦探柯南。这是一部广受欢迎、在世界范围内小有名气的动漫系列；1994年首秀以来，已经保持连载28年。相关书籍总发行量超过1亿5000万本，上映剧场版电影25部，近三年的作品更是每部创下90亿日元左右的高票房。
Sharing this morning, teacher Elisa talked about her favorite Japanese animation - Detective Conan. It is a popular animation series with worldwide fame, which has been serialized for 28 years since its debut in 1994. The total circulation of related books has exceeded 150 million copies, and 25 theatrical movies have been released. The works in the past three years have each recorded a high box office of about 9 billion yen.
那么柯南系列动漫为何能做得如此成功呢？Elisa老师从作品内部因素和外部环境做了分析。
So why has the Conan anime series been so successful? Teacher Elisa made an analysis from the internal factors and external environment of the works.
首先是人物角色的魅力，除了推理严密、通达人性的超级大侦探柯南外，动漫中还塑造了很多极具魅力与人气的“男明星”角色。这项商业策略也帮助柯南的粉丝从青少年群体向更有消费能力的女性上班族迭代。二是悬疑的剧情设置跌宕起伏、环环相扣；其中对于人性善恶的探讨也令人回味、引人入胜。
In addition to Conan, a super detective with a strong understanding of human nature, the anime has also created a number of attractive, popular male characters. This is a business strategy made to attract more female fans, who have more spending power than teenagers. The second reason of Conan’s popularity lies in its suspenseful plot, the unfolding of which follows interlocking sequences with ups and downs; the exploration of the good and evil of human nature is also evocative and fascinating.
外部因素来看，柯南的粉丝中女性占70%，而女性在经济上的自由使她们日渐成为娱乐业的消费主力，这正是柯南电影大卖特卖的主要原因。柯南动漫的另一大卖点在于其中原汁原味的日本文化，比如介绍了很多日本传统节日，以及“丰臣秀吉的金葫芦”等广为流传的民间故事。
In terms of external factors, women make up 70% of Conan's fan base, and their economic freedom has made them a growing consumer of entertainment, which is one of the major reasons why the Conan films have been doing so well in the market. Another major selling point of the Conan anime is its original Japanese culture, such as the introduction of many traditional Japanese festivals, as well as popular folk stories such as "Toyomi Hideyoshi's Golden Gourd".

羞耻与内疚的比较
Contrast between shame and guilt
G10两位主持人Mavis和Erin带来的是一场专业的心理学话题领域分享——关于羞耻与内疚是否属于同种情感。
The two hosts from G10, Mavis and Erin, brought a professional sharing in the field of psychology - whether shame and guilt are the same emotion.
两位主持人用自己生活中的例子说明了这两种情感的区别：有一次写作业时因为看霸道总裁文小说被妈妈“抓包”，当妈妈大声说出小说名字的时候，感觉到了羞耻；而当事后反思自己，觉得没有做到“好好写作业”、让妈妈失望的情绪则是内疚。
They used a real-life example to illustrate the difference between these two emotions: there was a time when the presenter was reading one of those bossy CEO romance novels instead of doing her homework and she was ‘caught’ by her mom and felt really ashamed when her mom read out aloud the name of the novel. And then when she reflected on herself, she felt guilty for not doing her homework properly and disappointing her mother.
这个真实贴切的例子也在评论区引发了不少师生共鸣，在互动中分享了自己类似的“社死”经历。那么面对这些不良情绪时，我们为什么要分辨羞耻与内疚呢？这两种情绪又该如何区分呢？
This real-life example resonated with many students and teachers, who shared their own similar experiences in the interactive session. So why do we need to distinguish between shame and guilt when faced with these negative emotions? And how should these two emotions be distinguished?
能够细致入微地捕捉和分辨出自己的情绪，是情绪管理的第一步。情绪管理影响着我们学习工作生活的身心状态，其重要性不言而喻。学习一些有关情绪的概念与知识，有助于我们提高“情绪粒度”，更好地感知、表达自己的情绪，从而提高处理负面情绪的能力，更好地掌控、管理情绪，和情绪做朋友。
Being able to capture and identify your emotions in a subtle way is the first step in emotion management, which affects the physical and mental state of our study, work and life. Its importance is thus self-evident. Learning some concepts and knowledge of emotions helps us improve the "emotion granularity", better perceive and express our emotions, thus improving the ability to deal with negative emotions, better control and manage our emotions, and make friends with emotions.
两位主持人由此从“行为与人”、“解决办法”、“经历”和“原因”四个方面提出细致区分羞耻与内疚的参考标准。
From this, the two presenters put forward a detailed reference standard for distinguishing shame and guilt from four aspects: "the act versus the person", "the resolution", "the experience" and "the reason".
总的来说，内疚感集中在做了一件特定事情后的感觉上，而羞耻感集中在做了一件特定事情后对自己的感觉上。羞耻感来自于自我，源于现实自我和理想自我的不一致；而当我们做了不该做的、伤害他人的事时，我们会感到内疚。
In general, guilt focuses on how one feels after doing a particular thing, while shame focuses on how one feels about oneself. Shame comes from the ego, from the inconsistency between the real self and the ideal self; and guilt comes from doing something we shouldn't have, or something that hurts others.
两位主持人最后强调，当涉及这些困难的情绪时，我们很容易想逃避它们。但这种逃避只会让你继续被困在受到创伤的那一刻。无论做什么来避免，内疚和羞耻的感觉会一直萦绕在脑海中。因此，与其逃避，不如承认、接受它们，面对现实并且创造一条有清晰未来的明路。
The two presenters concluded by emphasising that when it comes to these difficult emotions, it is understandable to want to run away from them. But this avoidance would only keep you trapped in the moment when you were traumatised. No matter what you do to avoid them, the feelings of guilt and shame will always linger in your mind. Therefore, instead of running away, acknowledge them, accept them, face the reality and create a clear path to the future.
所以，两位同学的分享内容，你学会了吗，下次面对这些负面情绪时，可不要仅仅是说“宝宝有小情绪啦”，而是要努力识别自己的情绪，说出它们的名字，把它们化敌为友。
So have you learned something from what the two hosts shared. The next time you face these negative emotions, don't just say "I’ve now got emotions", but try to identify your emotions, name them, and turn them into friends.
