As a 95s young teacher, she has her own understanding, passion and insistence on education.

Humorous and conscientious, her maths lessons are fun and enjoyable for her students. As a homeroom teacher, she listens to her students' voices and demands with loving care. When faced with their mistakes though, she can be quite strict. She is known to her students not only as a "good teacher", but as a "good friend", affable and respectable.

磁场对频、双向奔赴,好的教育才能被唤醒


我一直觉得,每位老师和学生之间都是有磁场的,只要学生能走入老师的磁场,无论是被颜值性格所吸引还是被专业知识所折服,他(她)就会对这个老师所教的科目感兴趣,然后自然而然会用心学习这门科目。

I have always felt that there is a "magnetic field" between every teacher and student. As long as a student can walk into a teacher's "magnetic field", whether attracted by the appearance or personality, or convinced by the expertise, he/she will be interested in the subject taught by that teacher and will then naturally learn the subject by heart.


磁场对频、双向奔赴,好的教育才能被唤醒。所以我一直相信,要用真心、真情、真爱关心和引导孩子;同时不断打造自己的人格魅力

A good education can be awakened only when the magnetic field is in the same frequency and running in both directions. Therefore, I have always believed that I should care and guide my students with sincerity and true love; while constantly building my own personality charm.

班主任的工作需要“用爱发电”,有感情有爱的教育才能让学生更好地成长


班主任的工作是需要“用爱发电”的,要用心给予每个学生关心、帮助和鼓励,在他们需要的时候,成为他们的心灵导师和坚强护盾。

To do a good job, the head teacher needs to “use love to work”, giving every student care, help and encouragement, and become their spiritual mentor and strong shield when they need it.


比如班里同学之间遇到矛盾,我会先认真倾听孩子们的叙述,等他们把情绪和想法倾诉完,再提出问题和给出建议。同时,我也会“现身说法”,和他们说说自己之前在学习生涯中遇到的类似问题,让孩子们感受到老师是与他们“感同身受”的

For example, when students encounter conflicts with their classmates, I will listen carefully to their narration and wait for them to let out all their feelings and thoughts before asking questions and giving suggestions. At the same time, I will also use personal cases and tell them about similar problems I have met in my previous study life so that the students can feel that the teacher "empathizes" with them.

教学生动有趣,抓住错因进行针对性分析


我希望我的课能生动有趣,所以有时我会故意设计几个冷笑话,或加入一些孩子们所熟知的梗来调动班里的学习氛围。

I want my lessons to be lively and entertaining, so sometimes I deliberately devise a few jokes or add some familiar memes that students are familiar with to stimulate the learning atmosphere in the class.


教学中我比较注重抓住学生的错因进行针对性分析。每个同学都可能有不同的学习误区和不良习惯。比如我会建议考试容易紧张粗心的同学把每次练习当成考试、在作业上圈画留下痕迹;对于容易遗忘知识点的同学,我会建议他们把错因归类,整理错题集;而对于基本功不扎实的同学,我会给到他们一些基础题进行分层训练

I place a high value on making specific analysis on the mistakes students made in teaching. Student may have different misconceptions about and bad habits of learning. For example, I would advise students who are easily nervous and careless in exams to treat each exercise as an exam and leave marks by circling on their homework; for students who tend to forget their knowledge, I would suggest them to categorise the causes of their mistakes and compile a collection of mistakes; and for students who do not have solid basic skills, I would give them some basic questions for layered training.


在师生共同努力下,这学期不少同学都有明显进步。比如Tom同学在上学期的IG数学中遭遇瓶颈期,成绩一直在80%上下很难提升,我抓住孩子学习习惯和知识点不清晰的问题进行了针对辅导,这学期的A Level数学阶段,他的正确率大幅提高,保持在90%左右。

With joint efforts of teachers and students, many students have made significant progress this semester. For example, Tom encountered a bottleneck in IG mathematics last semester; his grades were always around 80%. After specific training targeted at his problems of learning habits and lack of clarity of knowledge points, his correct rate has improved substantially, remaining at around 90%.


还有些同学在数学竞赛中取得了突破,在2022年的袋鼠数学思维挑战中,我们班共有4位同学获奖,还有一位同学获得金奖。

Some students have also made breakthroughs in mathematics competitions. In the 2022 Math Kangaroo Contest, a total of 4 students in our class won awards, and one student won the gold award.

面对班上个性迥异的学生,你有什么方法既关注照顾到个体又有效管理班级?

How can you effectively manage a class with a wide range of personalities?


我觉得就是耐心的沟通吧。我们班上有一个特别内向的孩子,平时不太主动参加班级活动,跟孩子仔细交流了解后,我发现孩子不是不喜欢参加集体活动,而是不自信,不愿意主动报名,他希望老师能主动给他这个机会,鼓励和支持他。之后的活动,我会单独询问孩子的意愿,当我知道他有能力参加时,我就会在班上主动推荐他,让他感受到老师对他的鼓励和信任

I think it's all about patient communication. I have a particularly introverted student in my class who usually is not active in participating in class activities. After talking to him, I found out that it is not that he dislikes group activities, but that he lacks confidence to take the initiative to sign up. He’d rather have a teacher give him the opportunity with encouragement and support. For subsequent activities, I would first check with him about his joining wishes and recommend him in class when I know he’s good with that, in an effort to show encouragement and trust.

在数学教学中,你会如何帮助程度不同的学生,进行差异化教学?

In mathematics teaching, how would you help students of different levels through differentiation?

除了实行分层小班教学外,对于程度不同的同学,学校会分为“托底”“拓展”两大块来帮助学生提升

In addition to tiered small class teaching, for students of different levels, we have two ways - “intervention” and “expansion”, to help them improve. 


对于需要“托底补弱”的同学,我会花更多的时间精力关注他们的学习态度和学习习惯。对于基础能力较好的同学,我会根据学生的自身特点和未来升学的需要,鼓励他们参加不同的数学竞赛

For students who need to "make up for their weaknesses", I will spend more time and energy paying attention to their study attitudes and study habits. For students with better basic abilities, I will encourage them to participate in different mathematics competitions according to their own characteristics and the needs of their future studies.

学校在你的教学管理、教师成长方面有哪些支持培训?

What support and training does the school provide in your teaching, class management and teacher development?

学校给了我很多学习的机会,比如班主任培训、理科组的教研学习,以及校长培训等。

The school has given me a lot of opportunities to learn, such as homeroom teacher training, teaching and research studies of the science group, and headmaster training.


在班主任培训中,我们会进行一些案例学习,每周也会有不同的分享主题,比如“哭穷式家庭教育”、“如何成为一个好的班主任”等,让我不仅能拓展理论知识,也能更好地进行实践工作

In the homeroom teacher training, we do some case studies and have a different sharing topic each week, such as "cry-poor family education" and "how to be a good homeroom teacher". These training sessions not only expand my theoretical knowledge but provide help with practice.



理科组的教研学习除了探讨学科上的知识点和教学方法外,还会有一些竞赛培训,让我能快速了解各类竞赛的时间、模式及评判标准。每周的校长培训能让我拓宽视野,站在校长的角度去考虑学校教学、教务和学生处的工作

In addition to discussing subject knowledge and teaching methods, there are also competition training sessions, which enable me to quickly understand the timing, format and judging criteria of various competitions. The weekly headmaster training enables me to broaden my horizons and put myself in the shoes of the headmaster in considering the work of the school's teaching, academic and student services.
