2022毕业季，高藤取得亮眼的学校申请结果。高藤学子斩获了包括英国G5伦敦大学学院、美国TOP30纽约大学、美国艺术TOP3普瑞特大学，以及香港地区TOP1香港大学等世界名校的offer。

In the 2022 graduation season, SHTCS has achieved outstanding application results. The graduating class received offers from many prestigious universities like University College London (UCL), New York University (NYU), Pratt University, and the University of Hong Kong.

或许对留学申请稍有了解的同学家长都已经听说过港校的申请难度堪比欧美名校；那么在“海外留学年年卷，香港留学卷上天”的背景环境下，高藤学子缘何能获得香港大学的青睐呢。带着这个问题，小藤采访了人称“卷王”的JJJ同学——江佳骏，以及他的升学指导老师Erika。

Those who are no stranger to the applications for studying overseas may have heard that the difficulty of applying to Hong Kong schools is comparable to that of prestigious universities in Europe and the United States. While the competition for admission to overseas universities is keener and keener year by year, to be admitted to Hong Kong universities is like shooting the moon. So how did SHTCS students manage to win the favour of the University of Hong Kong? With this question in mind, the editor interviewed Jacky, known as an "eager beaver", and his counselling teacher, Erika.

对于这次采访，他的回答非常“低调”。当被问到申请季做过哪些事时，他幽默地回复“去过几次静安寺（祈福）”。当然，小藤并不就此死心，追问之下，“学霸”终于透露了一些自己的学习心得和想法。以下为我们做的简单访谈内容。

He’s not one to sound triumphant when being interviewed about his achievements. When asked what he had done during the application season, he humorously replied, "I'd been to the Jing'an Temple a few times (to pray for blessings)". Of course, we didn't stop it there, and when “pressed”, he finally revealed some of his learning experiences and ideas. The following is a brief interview we did.

对于自己在高中三年付出的辛劳汗水，江佳骏同学在采访中几乎“只字未提”，彷佛都是极平常不过的事。然而通过各科老师给他的评语，我们才“还原”出一个勤奋好学、有创造力有想法，而且愿意助人、爱好广泛、钢琴曲一级棒的优秀少年！（剧透一下：他还将在毕业典礼上带来钢琴独奏。）

优秀是一种习惯；优秀的背后也是“有迹可循”的，帮助孩子确定明确的目标或许就是一大关键。对于揭示这位全能学霸的“成长之路”，班主任兼升学指导Erika老师的话，或许能给我们一些启示。

Excellence is a habit; it is not achieved without reasons, and helping students to set clear goals is perhaps one of the keys. The words of Erika, Jacky’s class teacher and guidance counselor, may give us some insight into the 'growing path' of this all-round scholar.

Erika：“Jacky一开始没有明确的升学规划，后来一直跟他聊跟他面谈，促使他找到自己的兴趣点，最终选定了经济专业。这是一个非常有挑战性的专业，不论是经济科目还是数学科目都要有良好的基础，并且加上成熟的逻辑思维能力，才能学好这个专业。

Erika: “Jacky did not have a clear plan for further studies at the beginning; we kept talking and exchanging ideas, which prompted him to find his interest and finally set economics as his major. It is a very challenging major. One must have a good foundation in both economics and mathematics, plus mature logical thinking ability to learn it well.

一般A Level的学生只学3门科目，但因为经济专业的申请难度比较大，我建议他多学一门高数，这样更有竞争力一些。学校也特意单独给他安排了高数课程，一对一进行辅导。

Generally, A Level students only study 3 subjects, but as it is more difficult to apply for economics majors, I suggested that he take one extra subject - Higher Maths, to increase his competitiveness. The school also specially arranged for him to take a separate course in Higher Maths for one-to-one tutoring.

自从定下这个专业之后，能看到Jacky更加努力的身影，有了目标就会更有动力。”

Since deciding on this major, I can see Jacky working harder and being more motivated with a goal."

有自身的聪明努力、升学老师的“强大助攻”，以及学校精细化的学术支撑和指导体系，难度卷上天的港大offer，也照收囊中。祝福Jacky！前路尚长，立志励行。

With his own smart efforts, the "powerful help" from his counseling teacher and the school's refined academic support and guidance system, it was no dream to receive an offer from the University of Hong Kong. Congratulations Jacky! There is still a long way to go, stay aspirational and assiduous.
