教师培训周| 新学期充能第一站:在团结中奋进! Ready for the New Term!

8月16日,上海宏润博源学校的全体教职工们返回校园。为了更高效地投入到新学期的工作中,学校安排了一系列实用的培训课程与活动,不仅帮助老师们学习到更多教育教学知识,也帮助新进老师们快速融入宏润博源大家庭。

On August 16, all faculty and staff of SHBS returned to campus. To empower them to work more efficiently in the coming new semester, the school arranged a series of practical training sessions and activities, which not only helped teachers acquire more knowledge about education and teaching, but also helped new teachers quickly integrate into the community of SHBS.


上午九点,在Chris校长的主持下,宏润博源新学期全体教职工会议正式开始。Chris校长首先邀请新进教师进行自我介绍,之后表达了新学期对教师队伍的期待。“除了传道授业解惑,老师们也应该要不断认识自己,发现自己,成为终身学习者,其中也包括要认识我们自己的感受和情绪,也要认识孩子的感受和情绪,教会他们如何去感受这个世界,感受自己,认识自己。”

The SHBS faculty meeting hosted by Principal Chris started at 9 a.m.. Chris first invited the new teachers to introduce themselves, and then shared his expectations for the faculty team in the new semester. "In addition to teaching students and clearing up their confusion, teachers should also keep exploring and discovering themselves and be lifelong learners, including understanding our own feelings and emotions and those of the students, and teach them how to feel the world, feel themselves and understand themselves."


之后,刘刘校长再次欢迎了新老师的加入以及原有教师的回归,向全体教师做了暑期工作汇报,感谢参与暑假三期英语和领导力夏令营以及夏校相关老师的付出,对暑期的招生工作进行了肯定,并对各位老师表示感谢。

Next, Principal Liuliu again welcomed both the new teachers and the returning faculty, and she reported to all the teachers on what had been done during the summer vacation. She thanked those who had contributed to the 3 sessions of English and Leadership summer camps and summer school. She also gave credit for the school recruitment team for what they had done during the summer vacation.


最后陈文国总校长简单回顾了我们一路走来,不断发展的历程。我们的教师队伍不断壮大,专业知识和技能也更加多元。学校即将进入第五年的发展,也将迎来巨大突破。 他提出,作为教师,我们一定要找到工作中的乐趣,在面对学生的时候做到心中有爱,用关切的目光引领学生走向更广阔的天地,收获更精彩的人生。

Finally, Mr. Bowen Chen, the General Principal, briefly reviewed how our school had been growing and developing in the past few years. "We also have a growing faculty team with more diverse expertise and skills. The school is about to embark on its fifth year and achieve a significant breakthrough." He also pointed out, "As teachers, we must find joy in our work, love our students, guide them to a broader world with care so that they can live a more interesting and fulfilling life."

In the following week, faculty members participated in interesting team building activities, attended beneficial lectures and received practical training. 水果沙拉:

Fruit salad

每个人会拿到随机的水果卡片,拿到同类型卡片的人们成为一个团队,当听到主持人喊出自己卡片上的水果时站起来交换座位,并与周围的伙伴开启话题聊天。话题有“最爱的五件事物”、“最糟糕的三段经历”、“三个高光时刻”等等。通过一次次地交换座位,大家得到了与团队成员深度交流和沟通的机会,增进了与同事彼此之间的了解。

Each teacher was randomly given a card printed with a certain fruit. Those with the same type of card formed a team. When the host shouted out a certain fruit on their card, they stood up and switched seats, and started a conversation with their partners. Topics included "Five favorite things", "Three Worst experiences", "Three highlight moments" and so on. By exchanging seats again and again, we were given the opportunity to deeply communicate with all team members and promote the understanding among colleagues.







黑暗森林

Dark Forest:

在主持人的安排下,各位老师在拿到一个数字纸条之后戴上一个黑色的眼罩,被主持人带领走向房间中的任意位置,他们将用各种方式在看不到的情况下找到自己的“水果组”,并根据纸条上数字的大小重新排列组中成员的站位顺序。活动分为两轮,在第一轮,老师们可以说话,并通过语言交流来彼此辨认和寻找。而在第二轮,任何言语沟通都不被允许。但是,任何困难都不算什么,老师们用强大的团队凝聚力和极高的默契完成了这项挑战。

After each teacher was given a number and were told to wear a black eye mask, they were led by the host to a certain position in the room. Blinded by the eye mask, they were challenged to use various methods to find their own "fruit groups", and then lined up according to the sequence of their numbers. The activity was divided into two rounds. In the first round, teachers were allowed to identify and look for each other through verbal communication. In the second round, they were not allowed to talk. However, the teachers succeeded in meeting the challenge with strong team cohesiveness and perfect cooperation.



搭建筷子桥:

Building a sturdy bridge with 

chopsticks and elastic bands


大家分成若干个行动组,需要在只有筷子和橡皮筋的情况下制作出最坚固的“筷子桥”。小小的筷子如何才能承受住砖块的重量?这需要每位老师贡献出自己的智慧和力量。老师们集思广益,勇敢尝试,积极动手,制作出了各具特色的筷子桥。在最后的承重比拼中,陈文国校长带领“苹果2组”建造出的筷子桥成功承重12块砖,夺得冠军!

Divided into several teams, teachers needed to build the strongest "chopstick bridge" possible with only chopsticks and elastic bands. How could tiny chopsticks hold the weight of bricks? This required each teacher to contribute their own wisdom and efforts. All group immediately began to brainstorm with their group members and tried out to build their chopstick bridges with their own characteristics. In the final load-bearing competition, "Apple Group 2", which was led by Principal Bowen, built a bridge that successfully bore the weight of 12 bricks and won the championship!
