8月25日下午一点半，宏润博源学校国际课程体验营商业模拟挑战赛正式拉开帷幕。这次的商业挑战赛由宏润博源和铁未来共同主办，旨在让同学们了解公司运作的要素以及一些市场运作机制，并挑战和锻炼同学们的团队合作能力，沟通能力以及创造力。

At 1:30 PM on August 25, a Business Contest, one of the activities included in the 2022 SHBS Orientation Camp, officially kicked off. This contest, co-sponsored by SHBS and Feuture, aimed to make students understand some management mechanisms and some marketing elements in running a company, and to challenge students and develop their teamwork, communication skills, and creativity.

本次商业模拟挑战赛共有15支队伍参加角逐，分为果汁组和果园组。老师讲解完规则之后，给大家开设了一个试验财年，让大家进一步熟悉规则。商赛过程非常激烈，同学们需要考虑到影响企业运营的各方面因素，比如生产、销售、库存管理、成本、市场波动、不可抗力因素等。同学们熟悉规则之后，开始盘算如何将自己的企业利润最大化。同学们刚开始都很腼腆，但是在之后发现果园的价格太低的时候，组成一个团队集体将价格提高，才导致亏损补了回来。有些组之间立马建立了联盟策略，以求稳以及公司利润的最大化。之后的气氛便越来约热烈。同学们满场跑，找不同的公司谈进货，谈收购，谈融资。

A total of 15 teams participated in this challenge, and they were divided into juice group and orchard group. After the instructor finished explaining the rules, we opened a trial fiscal year, making everyone get more familiar with the rules. The process of the contest was quite intense. Students needed to take into account all aspects of the business operation, such as production, sales, inventory management, cost, market fluctuations, force majeure factors, etc. Once the students were familiar with the rules, they began to plan how to maximize their business profits. The students were very shy at first, but when they found that the price of the orchard was too low, they formed a team and collectively raised the price, which compensated the loss. Some groups immediately worked out their alliance strategies to stabilize their companies and maximize profits. The students ran all over the room, looking for different companies to talk about purchase, acquisition, or financing.

今年项目里融入的中国传统文化的思想，让我们在理想和现实之间创业.从评委那里获得反馈，向现实社会展现我们的能力，并实现社会价值的思想引导和启发，也让我们受益匪浅。我也采访了几位小伙伴，一起来看看吧。

This year, thoughts of traditional Chinese culture were integrated into the program, which allowed us to start a business between the ideal and the reality, get feedback from the judges, show our competence to the real society, and instruct us to draw inspiration from its social value, so we benefited a lot from the contest. I also interviewed a few friends about their thoughts. Let’s read the following.

这次商赛，我虽然成绩不算出色，但收获了很多欢乐，懂得了许多道理。在合作方面，我懂得了如何和别人沟通，在第五个财年的时候团结起果园，统一了水果的价格，在果汁厂的层层“进攻”中保证果园的利益，避免了各大果园为了订单不断内卷价格的情况。

Though I did not do remarkably well in this Business Contest, I had a lot of fun and learned to be more sensible. In terms of cooperation, I learned how to communicate effectively with others. In the fifth fiscal year, we worked together to build our orchid and unify the prices of fruits. Despite the repeated “attacks” launched by the juice factory, we ensured the profits of our orchard and avoid being involved in a price war of major orchards in their competition for more orders.

首次接触商赛，其实一开始是紧张的，该如何操作系统界面？如何分析现有数据？走何种产品路线？如何实现营销利润最大化？刚开始什么都不是很清楚，经过共同讨论，我们逐渐懂得这场比赛的玩法与规则。这次比赛没能赚太多钱，但我们都努力了，所以没有什么可遗憾的，更主要的是我们获得了许多宝贵的经验，理解了团队精神的重要性，以及商赛中的无限乐趣。

The first time I participated in the business contest, I actually felt very nervous about many problems, such as how to operate on the system interface, how to analyze the existing data, what kind of products to promote, and how to maximize our sales profits. We knew nothing at first, but after we had a group discussion, we came to realize the rules of the contest. Though we failed to earn much profits, we tried our best and gained experience, so there was nothing regrettable. More importantly, we gained much valuable experience, understood the importance of teamwork spirit, and had immeasurable fun during the contest.

第一次参加觉得很惊奇；我觉得是一种新的尝试；从中我学会了如何跟队友沟通，以及如何和别人达成合作共赢的目的；这次比赛让我感受到了市场氛围；这次商赛举办得非常成功。

The first time I participated in the business contest, I was deeply impressed by this new experience. I learned how to communicate effectively with my teammates and how to work together with others to achieve the win-win goal. The contest made me feel as if I were doing business in the real market. I think the business contest was a great success.
