Theme: COURAGE

我们从视频中能看到什么？不同人面对恐惧时的反应。

What did we see in this video? We saw people dealing with fear in many different ways.

恐惧的形式多种多样。主要是身体和情绪上，但更多的时候，我们面临的是情绪上的恐惧。

Fear can come in many forms. Physical and emotional, but more often we face emotional fear.

恐惧可以控制我们，反之，我们可以控制它。克服恐惧可以帮助我们成长。

Fear has the ability to control us, but we can make the choice to instead control it. Overcoming fears can help us grow.

This is a perfect time to ask yourself…What are you afraid of? Face your fears and make the jump. Add to the world the one thing it needs most: COURAGE

Theme: How to ease the anxiety of going to school.

焦虑的原因是什么

Reasons for school anxiety？

1.身心发育不成熟

如何缓解你的焦虑感？

How to alleviate the anxiety of beginning school.

1.关注当下。不要沉湎于过去或过度担忧未来，而是把自己的精力充分地投入到当前正在做的事情上。

2.科学证明，运动能有效的缓解焦虑，运动能促进大脑多巴胺的分泌，可以提高意志力和专注力。

3.正视学习压力，放平心态。如果是担心学习跟不上，紧张，压力大的学习氛围。

几点调整状态的建议以供大家参考：

Suggestions to adjust our state of mind:

1.比计划提前开始学习。投入额外的时间。

2.高效地完成作业。

3.激励自己。

4. 了解学校的教育模式。
