本期我们邀请的演讲嘉宾是David Ammerschlaeger，他拥有3个不同领域的4个硕士学位，从一名税务律师到商业咨询，并担任L 'Oréal研究与创新的首席财务官，最后成为YWIES/YCIS的心理健康与福利主管。

This week we invitedDavid Ammerschlaeger as our guest speaker. With 4 master’s degrees in 3 different fields, he changed his job from a tax lawyer, a business consultant, CFO of L’Oréal Research & Innovation and then head of Mental Health & Wellbeing at YWIES/YCIS. 

他曾两次在TED演讲，并多次出现在电视、播客、杂志、广播和会议上，他也是一位充满激情的心理学相关话题演讲者。

Being a TED speaker two times and having appeared many times on TV, Podcasts, Magazines, Radio and conferences, David is also a passionate speaker about all psychology-related topics.

目前，他是上海ChingHo的首席心理咨询师，也是英国心理学会和国际心理学会的会员。作为一名临床心理学家，他帮助他的病人克服心理困扰。

Currently, he is Chief of Psychological Counselor at ChingHo Clinic in Shanghai and a member of the British Psychological Society as well as the International Psychological Society. As a clinical psychologist, he helps his patients overcome psychological problems.

本次演讲，他分享的主题是“创造有意义的人际关系”，希望同学们了解什么是人际关系，人与人之间的联系是什么，更好地改善人际关系！

In the speech, he shared a talk in the theme of "Creating meaningful relationships". He hoped that students could understand what interpersonal relationships were, what connections between people were, and how to improve interpersonal relationships!

What is connection between human beings?

If you want to understand this problem, studying brain science is essential.

If you are impressed with someone, or like someone, your brain will react to their relative position.

Connection is a major means to happiness

5.Making us feel loyalty and reliance

It allows us to be authentically “me”。

夏朝末期，夏帝王桀残暴无道，国内日趋动荡不安，汤见其形势便产生了代夏的雄心。

At the end of the Xia Dynasty, Jie, the emperor of the Xia Dynasty, was cruel and unruly, and the country became increasingly unstable. Therefore, Tang saw this situation and had the ambition to replace the emperor of Xia.

大约在公元前1600年左右，汤联合各方国和部落征伐夏桀。在“鸣条之战”中，汤俘获了对战争毫无准备的夏桀。

Around 1600 B.C., Tang joined forces with other states and tribes to attack Jie. In the "Battle of Mingtiao", Tang captured Jie, who was unprepared for the war.

后来在亳建立都城，宣告商朝的成立。商朝建国后都城频繁迁移，汤王盘庚时，迁都于殷，即今河南省安阳市，此后稳定下来，在殷建都达273年。

Later, the capital was set up at Bo and the Shang Dynasty was established. After the founding of the Shang Dynasty, the capital was moved frequently. When the king of Tang was Pangeng, the capital was moved to Yin, which is now Anyang city in Henan Province. Since then, the capital was settled in Yin for 273 years.

商代时期的甲胄，目前只有青铜胄和皮甲遗迹的发现可以证实其真实的存在，至于青铜器高度发展的商代有没有全部使用青铜造的身甲，还有待以后的发掘。

At present, only the remains of bronze and leather armor have been found to confirm the existence of armor in the Shang dynasty. As for whether all the body armor were made with highly developed bronze ware in the Shang dynasty, it remains to be discovered in the future.

根据多种资料记载，长久以来中国古人以上为衣下为裳作为自己的主要服装结构，这也是从上古人类沿袭过来，商代自然也是这样的服装结构。据《中国历代服饰》描述，商代的服装以暖色为主，衣和裳纹理也应该属于当时的风格。

According to various records, the ancient Chinese people used the top garment and the bottom garment as their main clothing for a long time. Likewise, the Shang Dynasty naturally had the same clothing. According to the Chinese Costumes of the Past Dynasties, the clothes of the Shang Dynasty were mainly warm colors, and the patterns of the clothes also reflected the style of that time.
