自创校至今,莱克顿教师团队不断壮大。教师传播知识和技能,是学生的楷模,是他们成长道路上陪伴良久的点灯引路者。教学经验的积累源自工作岗位上的不断摸索和尝试,除此之外还源自于和教育专家们的互动和交流。教师走在发展的道路上也需要他们的领航,继续前进,为此,莱克顿成立了教育专家委员会。
委员会的教育专家们会给予教师不同系列的教学主题培训,与此同时,辅助学校研究并制定合理的符合莱克顿实际需求的教育发展策略,做出与时俱进、更全面、跨地域文化的意见贡献。教育专家委员会提供了一个结构化的平台让教师大胆地提出新想法,探索新教学方法,以此推动学校教师教育专业的不断发展。
Teachers on the road of development also need experienced experts to lead the way and move on. To this end, Lucton sets up Education Advisory Council.
The education experts give teachers training on a wide range of teaching and learning topics to assist school in researching and developing educational development strategies that meet the real needs of Lucton, contributing more comprehensive and cross-cultural advice.

Education Advisory Council in Lucton is one of the key links between the school and the wider community at home and abroad to establish links and collaboration. The council includes experienced teachers and academic leaders from the school, in addition to education experts from the world top schools. They add extra strength to the development of our educational team. We look forward to their input in the development of appropriate educational professional development strategies for teachers.

The same interests are not as rare as I thought before. We have found the educators who have the same inspiration. People’s misunderstandings about the east and west education are barriers for further agreement, while the gap have been narrower due to the increasing communication between each other.

Mr Feng, Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning, places great importance on professional development in education: “The important role of the teacher in education is naturally self-evident. We are convinced that teacher’s professional development is a key aspect of a school. ” The council will make full use of internal and external resources to organise regular training on different teaching topics to refine teachers' professional skills.
本月,学校进行了一次日常的教师专业发展培训项目。莱克顿教育专家委员会特邀有着17年丰富教学管理经验的Rogers先生,为教师们带来“与家长如何高效沟通”的主题系列分享,讲述沟通从心开始,合力成就未来。他说语言是具有力量的,我们如何运用语言的力量,一句话,也许会让一些棘手的家校沟通问题轻松地得到解决。语言具有力量,只需有人指明方向,每个教师也都具备提升语言力的潜能,与此同时,让家校沟通事半功倍,从而有效帮助学生成长。
One of the regular professional development sessions for teachers was conducted at the School in this month. Mr Rogers, a specially invited consultant with 17 years of experience in teaching and management, gave a series of presentations on the theme of "Effective Communication with Parents".
除了定期组织教师专业发展培训,制定合理的教师教育发展策略也是极其重要的。领航人教学经验丰富,将为莱克顿指明前进方向,掌舵执帆。
他们分享经验使整个教师团队在共同的价值观、明确的教学目标及使命下,发挥自己的潜能,制定适合自己的专业发展规划。教师将拥有更大自主权,更多样化的选择,更开阔的思维以及更广泛的培训课程,从而稳固并不断提高学校的师资力量和教学水平,保持创新力。
同时也需要将专业的教师专业发展计划与教师们的需求和兴趣高度结合,这有助于教师成为终生学习的教育工作者,并在提升自我的同时让学生受益。对于学生而言,伴随着教师技能的提升、视野的拓宽,他们也能与时俱进地接受到最为创新而前沿的教学方法与知识。
It is important to develop a teacher education development strategy. They will share their experiences in order to enable the whole team of teachers to realise their potential and develop their own professional development plans with shared values, clear teaching goals and missions. Teachers will have greater autonomy, more diverse options, more professional space and more advanced training courses, which will solidify and further improve the school's teaching staff and standards.
There is also a need for professional teacher development programmes that are highly relevant to the needs and interests of teachers, which will help them to become lifelong learning educators and benefit their students while improving themselves.
