Application Case of 4C Values








他出生在一个发展中国家的贫穷家庭,由母亲和祖母抚养长大。他必须依靠奖学金才能完成学业,但他始终是一个勤奋的学生。17岁前高中毕业,他很想出国留学,但家人负担不起。


He was born to a very poor family in a developing country, he was raised by his mother and grandmother only. He had to depend on scholarships to finish his scholing but he was always a hard-working student. He graduated from highschool before turning 17 years old and really wanted to study abroad but his family could have never afforded it.


在读大学之前,他在研究所找到了一份工作,并且在创纪录的时间里掌握了很重要的技术,这为他未来的发展提供了重要的帮助。

Before going to university, he got a job at a research institute and mastered important skills in record time, which helped him greatly in his future development.


由于这份教学经历,日本和德国政府都为他提供了奖学金来完成他的工程专业的学习。他毕业于纽伦堡和慕尼黑的欧姆理工大学,主修电子和生物医学工程。

As a result of that, both the governments of Japan and Germany offered him scholarships to complete his engineering studies. He graduated from the Ohm Polytechnikum University in Nuremberg & Munich with a double major in Electronic and Biomedical Engineering.



不久之后,他发明了一种设备来帮助医生检测病人的神经纤维,这样它们就不会在任何类型的面部手术中受到损伤。

Shortly after, he invented a device to help doctors to detect a patient’s nerve fibers so that they wouldn’t get damaged during any type of face surgery.


在他职业生涯的巅峰时期,他是世界卫生组织泛美分会的国际顾问并帮助协调和维护多个国家的医院。

At the height of his career he was an International consultant for the Panamerican branch of the World Health Organization and coordinated hospital maintenance in several countries.



他还写了一些书,其中已经出版了13本书,包括2部小说,以及各种教科书和励志书籍。

他目前正在写另外3本书。

He has also written several books, 13 of which have been published and include 2 novels, plus various textbooks and motivational books.

He’s currently writing another 3 books

什么是健康饮食?

What is Healthy diet ?



健康的饮食是指保持或改善整体健康的饮食。健康的饮食为身体提供必要的营养:液体、蛋白质等宏量营养素、维生素等微量营养素、 以及足够的纤维和食物能量。

A healthy diet is a diet that maintains or improves overall health. A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, macronutrients such as protein, micronutrients such as vitamins, and adequate fibre and food energy.

如何保证饮食健康呢?

How to Ensure a Healthy Diet?


第一,食物要多样化,每天的膳食应该包括新鲜的水果和蔬菜,如肉、禽、蛋、奶、大豆、坚果等食物。

First, food should be diversified, daily meals should include fresh fruits and vegetables, such as meat, poultry, eggs, milk, soy, nuts and other foods.


 二、在饮食和运动上要平衡,每周要保证一定的运动量,累计运动量在150分钟以上。

Second, in eating and exercise to balance, should ensure a certain amount of exercise every week, the cumulative amount of more than 150 minutes.


三、饮食上要少盐、少油、控制糖,甚至不喝酒抽烟,养成清淡的饮食习惯,少吃盐和油炸食品,因为油炸食品不易消化,而且油炸食品也有致癌的作用。

Third, the diet should be less salt, less oil, sugar control, and even do not drink and smoke, cultivate a light eating habits, eat less salt and fried food, because fried food is not easy to digest, and fried food also has the effect of cancer.


四、腌制食品尽量少摄入,腌制食品中含有大量亚硝酸盐,都对身体有害。

因此,在饮食上需要注意清淡,多吃五谷杂粮,并注意劳逸结合,锻炼身体,有很大的辅助作用。
