10月 30号，G4-1班的孩子主办了泰然学校国际部10月的电影日活动。由于当天是万圣节，孩子们舍弃了讨糖的机会，身着整齐的班服为国际部师生带来了一场视觉和文化的盛宴。

 Teamwork to create best poster

我们都对能主办电影节感到非常兴奋，大家各凭兴趣选好了自己负责的项目。我选择了海报设计。

We all were very excited to host movie day. All of us chosen our own projects according to our interests. I chose the poster design.

海报设计组的小伙伴们思维都非常活跃，每次小组讨论，大家各种奇思妙想不断涌现。

一开始Alan认为海报上应该放一个大大的图片，用来突出播放的电影来吸引观众，旁边用小字体放上票价就可以了。关于这个方案，我提出了不同意见。我说：“这样子的话，别人怎么知道该在哪里买票呢？还有电影放映的时间和放映地点也没地方写。”

The partners in the poster design group were very active in their thinking. Every time when we discussed, all kinds of fantastic ideas constantly came out.

At first, Alan thought that a big picture should be put on the poster to highlight the movie to attract the audience, and the ticket price should be put in small font beside the poster. I have put forward different opinions on this plan. I said, "in this case, how can people know where to buy tickets? There is also no place to write about the time and place of the film. "

对于我指出的这个问题，小组成员都认为说得有道理，Alan接受了大家的意见，同意往海报中增加放映信息。我又说：“不如把图片缩小，把电影放映的信息放在图片中，旁边再放一个票价表格，这样整个海报的内容显得更清晰。”

As for the question I pointed out, all the members of the group thought it was reasonable. Alan accepted the opinions and agreed to add the screening information to the poster. I said, "it's better to make the picture smaller, put the information of the movie screening in the picture, and put a ticket price table next to it, so that the content of the whole poster will be clearer."

大家觉得不错，于是我们又在这个方案的基础上提出了一些小的改进，我们的设计方案就确定了。

Everyone thought it was good, so we put forward some small improvements on the basis of this scheme, and our design scheme was determined.

到了制作阶段，Carlie提议说，我画画不错，要不我来把主题图片画出来吧。就在其他小伙伴似乎要同意这个提议的时候，我提出了另一个意见：“我觉得用电脑PPT来做，效果会更好，做起来也更快，不如我们改用PPT吧。”大家一听都说有道理，于是这个任务就交给我来完成了。

When it came to the production stage, Carlie suggested that I was good at drawing, or I'll draw the theme picture. Just when other partners seemed to agreed with this proposal, I put forward another opinion: "I think that using computer PPT to do it, the effect will be better, and it will be faster. It's better for us to use ppt instead." Everyone said it was reasonable, so I was entrusted with the task.

就这样，我们每遇到一个问题，就讨论解决一个问题；每统一了一个意见，就分工完成。当我把ppt在班级讨论会上给小组成员展示设计成果时，我们大家都一致认为，我们的设计达到了我们想要的效果。

In this way, every time we encountered a problem, we discussed and solved one problem; when we reached a consensus, we completed the division of labor. When I presented the PPT design results to the group members in the class seminar, we all agreed that our design had achieved the desired effect.
