开学前的准备

The preparation before new semester

1.幼儿健康绿码的申请

apply for green health code

开学后，幼儿园继续实行“亮码+测温”的入园方式，请提早为幼儿申请健康绿码，开学时需要检查健康码。（家长在支付宝代办申请幼儿健康绿码也可以哦！）

When the new semester comes， kindergarten will keep using entering ways by showing health code and testing temperature. (Or you can apply for green health code in alipay)

2.填报“开学前14天健康状况每日填报表”

Health declaration form 14 days

before the new semester start

班级群内每日填报“健康状况每日填报表”（记录至入园前一天）：对开学前幼儿在家身体健康做开学前14天的如实记录。

Every parent should complete health declaration form(up to the day before the kindergarten starts).The children’s physical health condition at home should be recorded truthfully .

物品准备 / Belongings Preparation

幼儿棉被包、备用衣物、独立包装的备用口罩2只，室内鞋、户外用水壶、抽纸和湿纸巾各一包。（温馨提醒：每件物品请写上幼儿姓名）

Bedding,replacing clothes，two masks(sealed in a bag),indoor shoes，outdoor bottles，a packet of napkins and wet tissues（Warm prompt:please name every stuff）

心理准备 / Mental preparation

幼儿会因为刚进入幼儿园而产生分离焦虑，表现出各种情绪状况，家长可以通过绘本的引导，帮助幼儿降低分离的焦虑。

Children might experience separation anxiety and all sort of emotions when they first enter the kindergarten. Parents can ease children’s anxiety by sharing story with them.

自理能力方面 / Self-care ability

在幼儿园，孩子们要学习自己穿脱鞋子，自己吃午餐，所以爸爸妈妈可以鼓励孩子在家逐渐适应独立进餐和简单的穿脱衣服。

In kindergarten,kids need to learn how to put on and take off their own shoes and clothes,eating lunch independently.So parents please encourage children to do those things at home.

开学后需注意方面

1.入园流程

The procedure of entering school

家长、幼儿测量体温—家长出示健康码—幼儿晨检—消毒洗手—进入班级（幼儿由教师在大门处接送）。

规范接送操作，安全不聚集

Standard operation and don’t gather for safety

1.入离园时请根据家长出示健康绿码—体温检测—晨间检查—刷入园二维码的流程，由班主任护送入园，在此过程中，家长提醒幼儿要注意保持一米距离，避免拥挤。

2.建议最好在一段时间内由专人接送幼儿，不宜经常更换人员，避免人员复杂带来不必要的安全隐患；接到幼儿后请立刻离开幼儿园，减少聚集。

3.建议距离幼儿园近的家长徒步接送幼儿，距离远且有条件的家长尽量由私家车接送幼儿；乘坐公共交通工具的幼儿请穿专用外衣，到园后家长将外衣带回。

1.When entering and leaving the kindergarten,please follow the procedure:present the green health code --check body temperature--morning check--scan school QR code and the teacher will escort your child into the kindergarten.During this process,parents should remind children to keep one meter’s distance from each other to avoid crowding.

2.It is recommended that children should be picked up by certain person within this period. It is not advisable to change personnel frequently to avoid unnecessary safety risks caused by personnel complexity. Please leave the kindergarten immediately after picking up the children,reduce the gathering.

3.Parents who are close to the kindergarten are suggested to pick up your children on foot, and parents who are far away and have the conditions are suggested to pick up your children by car as far as possible. Children who take public transportation should wear a special coat and take it back when arrive to school.

2.幼儿接送及离园时间

错峰接送幼儿，有序不拥堵

幼儿园实行错时错峰接送，请家长们看清楚哦！

For the new semester,parents pick up kids in different periods,please check carefully.

家长接送不进园，来离园路途中请佩戴口罩，并按幼儿园统一要求的错峰安排时间表，有序在规定的时间、规定的地点与教师进行交接。

Parents cannot enter the school for picking up,please wear the masks on the way to school and arrange the schedule according to the rules and regulations of kindergartens. Parents are requested to wait in specific place to send and pick up kids following different time.

3.健康信息报送及应急处理

1.坚持报送健康信息：请家长每天坚持报送幼儿健康信息

2.应急处理：若幼儿或教师在园出现发烧、咳嗽等症状，幼儿由教师带入隔离室，由保健医生照管，教师联系家长立即带领就医。

2.Emergency:If a kid or a teacher get a fever or cough,kids will be taken to isolation room and doctor will take care of him,at the same time,teacher will contact with parents

温馨提醒 / Warm promp

注意事项 / Attention items

1.幼儿穿着宜轻便，不要太繁琐，避免如厕、活动时有所不便。

2.疫情还没有完全结束，家长和幼儿出门时仍需戴好口罩，做好防护哦！

3、幼儿接送安全：遵守幼儿园幼儿接送时间，按时入园离园；幼儿监护人签署幼儿接送协议书，明确幼儿接送人；如需更换接送人，需要幼儿父母书面申请，并签署幼儿接送委托协议书。

4、不要带 : 请不要给孩子带钱币、玩具、零食及贵重物品来园，以免遗失。如家长发现幼儿携带园内玩具及物品回家，请说服幼儿及时归还。

5、非常抱歉以下情况不能入园:幼儿发烧，患有传染病，如水痘、天花、麻疹、腮腺炎、手足口病、肺炎等。应在家休养，直到痊愈，回园时需出示医院证明。

6、幼儿药品管理 : 孩子早晨来园后如有需要喂药者，请将药交与保健医生处，注明用法、用量，并请签上家长姓名，本园谢绝代喂抗生素及补品类药物。

2. The epidemic situation is not completely over, parents and children still need to wear masks when you go out to protect yourselves!

3. Children’s pick-up safety: Observe the pick-up time of the kindergarten children, enter the kindergarten and leave the kindergarten on time; the guardian of the child signs the child pick-up agreement to specify the child pick-up person; if the pick-up person needs to be changed, the child’s parent needs to apply in writing and sign the child pick-up commission agreement.

4. Please do not bring: Please do not bring coins, toys, snacks and valuables to the park to avoid loss. If parents find that children are bringing toys and objects in the kindergarten home, please persuade them to return them in time.

5．We are very sorry that we cannot enter the kindergarten under the following conditions: children have fever and have infectious diseases such as chickenpox, smallpox, measles, mumps, hand, foot and mouth disease, pneumonia, etc. You should recuperate at home until you recover, and you need to show a hospital certificate when you return to the kindergarten.

6. Children's drug management: If your child needs to be fed in the morning after coming to the kindergarten, please hand the medicine to the health doctor, indicate the usage and dosage, and sign the name of the parent. The garden refuses to feed antibiotics and supplements.
