幼儿园返校在即,我们时刻准备着!| Preparation for the start of Pre school

4月18日,我们将迎来幼儿园的开学,迎来许久未见的孩子们。


为了切实保障师幼身体健康和生命安全,细化落实幼儿园开学后各种疫情突发事件应急处置措施,幼儿园全体教职员工举行了学生入园演练和疫情防控应急演练。




由幼儿园园长欧阳静担任演练现场总指挥,统一调度,指挥应急处置,对重大问题进行决策。


入园演练



演练前,学校已做好开学返校防疫工作的各项部署,准备好防护服,戴好口罩、手套和护目镜,各组按职责分工开展工作。演练模拟开学当日学生入园场景,老师们模拟当日入园学生。


  • 学生按指定通道排队进入园,排成一队,前后保持一米左右间距,禁止无关人员入园。



  • 入园时依次用测温仪对幼儿逐个进行体温检测,对幼儿的手部进行消毒。体温正常、无其他症状者,有序进入校园,并由各自班级老师带领回到自己班级。家长送到校门口迅速离开,不逗留。





  • 体温异常的幼儿由救治处置组带至复测区,由保健员对其体温进行测量。同时将该幼儿经过的通道消毒并封闭。家长来到等候区,疫情监测组给家长消毒,并让家长签字,并向幼儿家长了解孩子近14天内有无疫情重点地区旅居史、途经史或有确诊、疑似病例接触史。隔离幼儿经再次体温检测正常的进入班级,体温不正常的由对外联络组联系上级部门专车负责接走,并及时向疫情防控领导小组报告幼儿情况。





  • 如果体温异常幼儿在开园当日被确诊或被诊断为疑似病例,幼儿园应启动应急处置流程。


  • 幼儿入园后由班级老师组织队伍按1米距离进入教室,进入教室前再次检测体温、进入教室后及时洗手。





班级教学活动演练




该演练模拟在日常教学活动中发现疑似病例的处理情况。


  • 课间活动过程中,发现一幼儿精神萎靡,并伴有咳嗽等疑似症状,保育老师对将该幼儿进行体温测量,体温为37.5度,及时将该幼儿情况告知班主任,随后给该幼儿戴上医用外科口罩,及时将该幼儿带至幼儿园临时隔离室。



  • 班主任立即将该幼儿的情况报告到给保健室,并将本班幼儿引导至101备用教室。



  • 保健员立即前往临时隔离室,对该幼儿进行体温复测,复测体温为37.8度。



  • 了解该幼儿的情况并进行登记。



  • 与此同时另一保健员致电该幼儿家长了解孩子近14天内有无疫情重点地区旅居史、途经史或有确诊、疑似病例接触史。如该幼儿有旅居史、接触史等相关情况,保健员及时上报疫情防控微信群,通告该幼儿相关情况。



  • 后勤主任立即上报区教育局安全老师和牛湖派出所警官。



  • 保健员上报给幼儿园健康副园长和龙华区疾控中心。



  • 幼儿园疫情防控领导小组组长欧阳静园长启动应急处置流程。



  • 保健员转达龙华区疾控中心的通知,幼儿园按照疾控中心的要求积极配合相关部门。隔离幼儿上级部门专车负责接走,并及时向疫情防控领导小组报告幼儿情况。


演练结束后,园长、健康副园长对本次演练提出需要改进的建议,综合协调要梳理演练现场体温检测、发热幼儿临时隔离室进行观察、幼儿园应急响应、疫情处置规范化工作和各部门间的协调能力等方面存在的薄弱环节,收集教职工提出的意见建议。针对问题,进一步优化流程、完善预案、增强配合、积累经验,全面提高幼儿园应急指挥和组织协调能力,确保应对疫情防控工作万无一失!


On April 18, we will welcome the start of kindergarten and the children we have not seen for a long time.


In order to effectively safeguard the health and lives of teachers and children, and to refine and implement emergency measures to deal with various epidemic emergencies after the start of kindergarten, all kindergarten staff held a student entry drill and an epidemic prevention and control emergency drill.




Ms. Grace, the Head of the pre school, acted as the overall commander of the drill site, unifying the dispatch, directing the emergency response and making decisions on major issues.


Drill for entry to school



Before the drill, the school had made various preparations for the back-to-school prevention work, prepared protective clothing, masks, gloves and goggles, and each group worked according to their responsibilities. The drill simulated a scene of students entering the school.


  • Students will line up in the designated aisles to enter the school, forming a line, keeping a distance of one metre.



  • Children's temperatures are checked individually with a thermometer on entry to the school and their hands are disinfected. Those with normal temperatures and no other symptoms will enter the campus in an orderly manner and be led back to their class by their respective class teachers.



  • The child with an abnormal temperature is taken by the treatment and handling team to the retesting area, where the health worker takes the temperature. At the same time the aisle through which the toddler passes is disinfected and closed.





  • If a child with an abnormal temperature is diagnosed or diagnosed as a suspected case on that day, the pre school should initiate the emergency handling process.


  • The class teacher organises a procession of children into the classroom at a distance of 1 metre. Body temperature is checked again before entering the classroom and hands are washed promptly after entering the classroom.





Drill for a suspected case



The drill simulates the handling of a suspected case found during daily teaching activities.


  • During the course, a child was found to be depressed with suspected symptoms such as coughing. The nursery teacher took the child's temperature, which was 37.5 degrees, and promptly informed the class teacher of the child's condition.


  • The class teacher immediately reported the child's condition to the health room and directed the class to the 101 spare classroom.

  • The health worker immediately went to the temporary isolation room and retested the child's temperature, which was 37.8 degrees.




  • Find out what happened to the child and register it.


  • At the same time, another health worker called the child's parents to find out if the child had any history of travel to, through, or contact with confirmed or suspected cases of the epidemic in the last 14 days. If the child does have any related information, the health worker will promptly report the child to the outbreak prevention and control WeChat group to inform the child of the situation.


  • The Officer immediately reported this to the District Education Department safety teacher and to the officers at Police Station.


  • The health worker reports it to the deputy health director of the pre school and to the LWDC.


  • The Head of the Pre school Epidemic Prevention and Control Leadership Team initiates the emergency response process.


  • The health worker conveyed the notification from the Longhua District CDC and the kindergarten actively cooperated with the relevant departments in accordance with the CDC's requirements. 


After the drills, the pre school leaders summarised the weaknesses in the drills and collected the comments and suggestions from the staff. In response to the problems, the process was further optimised and the plan improved to comprehensively improve the pre school's emergency command and organisational coordination capabilities and to ensure a flawless response to the epidemic prevention and control work!
