为打造一支“心中有爱、眼中有人、手中有法”的精进教师队伍，提升教师的师德素养和专业技能，8月23日—8月25日，华美外国语学校开展了教师系列培训，不仅有校长的学校文化解读与华美未来擘画的培训，专家进校专题培训，又有IB课程专业培训及师德师风建设培训，内容丰富、种类多元，为老师们开展新学期的教育教学工作做好充分准备。

随后，王校长通过11个专题内容——优化现代化学校治理、优化德育安全管理、优化教学教研管理、优化中西融合课程、优化教师队伍建设、优化行政服务意识、优化招生运营管理、优化后勤服务管理、优化评价运作机制、丰富学校文化内涵、丰富国际化特色品牌内涵，为各行政部门领导及教师在新学期的工作中引领航向，希望全体教师朝着打造国际化品牌学校的目标不断奋进。

当天下午，李功良校监以《立德树人 率先垂范》为题，为全体教师开展师德师风培训，重点强调了中小学教师职业道德规范、新时代教师职业行为十项准则、教育部师德十条禁令、教师的行为要求、须知的法律要求与道德底线等。他表示，爱国守法是教师的责任义务、爱岗敬业是教师的本质要求、关爱学生是师德的灵魂、教书育人是教师的天职、为人师表是教师的内在要求、终身学习是教师的发展动力，希望全体教师“德高为师 身正为范”，怀揣理想与目标，在新学期的工作中更上一层楼。

8月25日上午，学生发展中心何小军主任就全员育人及主任工作开展培训。他引领大家思考“未来民办学校有什么特点”“民办学校教师应具备怎样的素质”，老师们进一步明确了如何关爱学生、家校沟通，如何做好一日常规、安全防疫等，让每一个孩子得到关注深深植根教师心中。

8月24日，IB-PYP协调员刘倩倩老师以《PYP课程概述》为题，为全体教师开展了生动有趣的IB培训，她从小游戏——“我是谁”着手，引入培训的四大内容——PYP框架及要素、概念驱动、课程评估、学习环境，通过专业理论、案例分析、视图展示等，让老师们在培训过程中聆听记录、合作讨论，加深对IB课程的认识与学习。
