友爱互助，善暖校园——记柏朗思观澜湖学校“友善”德育主题月
新学年伊始，柏朗思观澜湖学校的同学们重温了社会主义核心价值观之一——友善。“友善”将作为我校整个九月德育教学的一个重点内容。
友善”也是我校的核心价值观之一，它帮助我们在每件事情上都做的更好。
友善有益于净化心灵，友善的举动时常伴随着情感上的温暖。
上周五，学生们理解了不经意的善举的意义。学生事务及全面发展中心的老师们带领少先队的同学们一起为老师们制作了教师节小礼物。教师节当日，孩子们送上他们亲手制作的香皂，对老师们致以教师节诚挚的问候！
接下来几周，在小学和中学的德育课上，学生们会用更多的时间去探索、理解友善的价值。我们鼓励所有学生去记录他们的友善行为，无论多么小的事情，都可以记录在他们的“友善”日历上。
我们期待我们的学校社区在这一年里继续展现友善行为。
At the start of the new school year, the students at Bromsgrove School, Mission Hills are revisiting the important human value of kindness. Throughout the month of September all the students Morality classes are focused on Kindness.
Kindness is one of our core school values and one that has helped us become better in everything we do.
What are the benefits of kindness?
Kindness makes us happier.
When we do something kind for someone else, we feel good
Kindness Is good for the heart. Acts of kindness are often accompanied by emotional warmth
Kindness improves relationships
On Friday the students learnt about the value of carrying out acts of random kindness. A few of the Young Pioneer students worked with staff from the Pastoral and Holistic Centre to make gifts for Teacher’s Day. The children made some hand soaps which will be given as gifts on September 10th.
During the next few Morality classes the students across Prep and Senior school will be spending more time understanding the value of kindness. All the students will be encouraged to record their acts of kindness, however small on their kindness calendars.
We look forward to our school community continuing to show kindness throughout the year ahead.
