如果要问,在孩子成长的过程中什么是最重要的?


除了“身体”,我们不会有第二个答案。


欲文明其精神,先自野蛮其体魄。强健的身体给未来一切可能以基础,给幸福生活以支撑。


所以在BMH,我们重视体育课,也让孩子爱上体育课。从娃娃开始,体育老师就有完整而良好的计划让孩子们在体育活动中健康成长。


今天,我们就请到拥有4年幼儿体育教学经验的Vito老师来和我们讲讲孩子们在BMH的体育课。



嗨!大家好!我是幼儿园的体育老师Vito,我平时喜欢和孩子们“玩”在一起,我觉得每个孩子都有独特的个性,都有他们的可爱之处。通过体育课程和户外运动,我希望这些可爱的孩子都能锻炼体格、体能、体态,得到全面发展。



   K1  


K1的孩子们才开始上学两个月,但是他们很快就能适应幼儿园的体育课。这些孩子尤其喜欢走走跑跑跳跳、钻爬和抛接球。



因为K1的小朋友的感觉统合正在发展中,针对他们的兴趣和运动特点,我会多安排一些的协调练习、平衡练习和感统大循环等活动。











对三岁的孩子来说,喜欢运动并且不怕困难和挑战是非常重要的素质!



   K2  


相比刚入学的K1宝贝,K2的孩子们身体素质和协调能力大大提高,运动能力和运动量都在不断增强。




孩子的天性就是好动,对K2的体育课和户外活动,我会支持他们在运动中的发展想象力,运用多种方法锻炼,做到一物多用,发现新的玩法。鼓励孩子自主锻炼、合作分享,鼓励孩子们在休息的时候的分享各自的经验。






   K3  


K3的孩子最喜欢竞技和对抗性的体育运动,常常会爆发出惊人的力量和速度。他们会自己组织拔河比赛和接力赛,只要给他们提供适宜和自主的时间、场地、器材,他们就能自己玩起来、动起来。


5-6岁的孩子动作发展比较协调灵活,已经有一定的力量和耐力,因此他们的挑战意识更强,单一的动作练习已经不能满足他们的兴趣。



K3孩子的规则意识也发展得更为丰富,会主动约定和遵守体育游戏规则。对个别儿童违反规则的行为,他们也能作出判断并互相提醒。他们也比较喜欢合作性强的练习,会有意识的去配合同伴--这正是他们的社会性发展在体育运动中的表现。


针对K3的体育课和户外活动,我会适当增加他们的活动强度;注重孩子们的规则意识培养;开展较多的合作体育游戏,培养孩子们合作的意识和能力。



   球类课程  


CCA的篮球课和足球课已经开始了,虽然才上了两周的课,但是可以看出孩子们的体育兴趣明显提高,也掌握了一定的技能。相信随着经验的积累,他们能够更好地遵守规则,更积极有效地参与球类运动。



我们期望在这一年里,孩子们通过体育活动提高身体素质,成为身心健康、全面发展、充满活力的阳光儿童!

What is the most important thing in a child's development?

We will not have a second answer except "the body".

If you want to civilize your spirit, you must first build your body. A strong body gives the foundation for all future possibilities and supports a happy life.

That's why at BMH we value physical education and make our children love it. Starting from the children, the PE teachers have a complete and good plan for the children to grow up healthy in physical activities.

Today, we have Mr.Vito, who has 4 years of experience in teaching PE to young children, to talk to us about the children's PE at BMH.


Hello everyone! I am Mr. Vito, the PE teacher at BMH Pre School. I enjoy working with children because I think every child is unique and adorable. I hope that each child will be able to work on their physical fitness and have a well-rounded development through PE classes and outdoor activities.



   K1  


K1 students have only been at school for two months, but they are excelling in our activities and are familiar with our PE classes already. They love to walk, run, jump, crawl and throw balls.



The sensory integration of the K1 students are continuing to develop, allowing more coordination, balance and sensory exercises to be provided to meet their interests and develop their motor skills. 









It is very important for the young students to enjoy sports and not be afraid of difficulties and challenges. I am so delighted to see their progress.



   K2  


Showing the progression from K1 to K2, the K2 students display a greatly improved physical fitness, coordination skills and motor skills, which allows them to engage in a more intensive exercise routine. Children are active by nature! For K2 students' PE lessons and outdoor activities, I will develop their imagination in sports. 




Some examples of this would be;,to use multiple ways to exercise, to think of and attempt using resources in a variety of ways and to help them discover new ways of playing. I will encourage them to take responsibility for their exercise by doing it independently, to develop their cooperation skills and to share their experiences during the break time.





   K3  


K3 students enjoy competitive and confrontational sports and often display amazing strength and speed. They often take the initiative to begin their own tug-of-war and relay races and when provided with appropriate time, space and facilities, they are able to do the activities independently. Children aged 5-6 years are more coordinated and already have some strength and stamina, so they have a greater sense of challenge so single movement exercises can not meet their interests any longer. 



K3 students have developed a better sense of rules and can now actively follow the rules of the games. They are also able to offer feedback and remind each other of the rules. They prefer cooperative exercises and will consciously work with their peers - this is how their social development is expressed in sports. 


For K3 students' PE lessons and outdoor activities, I will increase the intensity of their activities, focusing on the development of the children's sense of rules, and provide more cooperative activities to develop children's awareness and ability to work together.



   CCA  


CCA Basketball and CCA Football classes have already begun, although it has only been two weeks, it is evident that the children's interest in sports has increased and they have acquired certain skills. 



It is believed that with experience, they will be able to improve their ability to follow the rules and participate more actively and effectively in ball games.



We hope that this year the children can continue to improve their physical fitness through sports activities and become physically and mentally healthy, allowing them to be well-rounded and energetic children.
