学生说 | 那些不为人知的秘密......
在深圳诺德安达，有一个群体最不容忽视，就是学生的力量。他们宛如一张PH试纸，学校管理纪律是否严格，校内生活是否开心，课堂教学怎么样……透过他们的神态便能一目了然。
而校内新闻一手信息的播报，归功于我们的新闻社社团。新闻社成立于2020年，指导老师Mr. Simon，成员包含7-9年级、IG班的学生。小至每周四课间的新闻播报、大至学院活动的追踪报道、篮球联赛的现场直播，都能看到他们的身影。
我们认为，新闻社的意义在于让学校每一位成员都感觉自己像家庭的一份子，随时随刻都能知道家里面发生的事情。例如上周，学校为在学科、PEAK Programme中表现出色的学生颁发了荣誉证书和精美的奖杯。我们希望通过采访形式，把优秀学生的经验带给每一位同学，也希望借此能让学校听见我们学生的声音
以下内容由新闻社成员Yeeching Man进行采访
Victoria是一个刻苦、主动学习的三年级学生。本学期参加学乐亚洲小小故事演说家比赛荣获第三名，同时在学校英才计划中一并获得了科学及艺术两个奖项。
对于我而言有三种情况。如果我在学校遇到问题，我通常会请教我的学科老师或班主任。如果我在家，我会向爸爸妈妈寻求帮助。但是当我一个人的时候，我首先会考虑可能的解决方案，然后选择最合乎逻辑的一个。

听说你最近获得了一个英语演讲的奖项，
请问你日常是怎么学习英语的？
我一有时间就会读英文书。当我读一本英文书时，我试图理解书中的情节和每一个字，不认识的字我会在网上或字典中搜索。当我读完规定数量的书籍时，我的父母会给我一个奖品，通常是一个玩具或一些零食，这真的能鼓励我多读书，多学习。
感谢Victoria给了我们一些她自己对学习的看法和经验。下面我们来听听高年级学生的代表Ray的一些分享：
IG班的Ray是学生中的模范代表，不仅是学校音乐节主持人、新闻社成员之一，在这次阶段性评估中更是一举斩获了三个PEAK奖项，成为英才计划的佼佼者。
对我来说，我认为 PEAK 计划对我来说是一个助推器，帮助我迈向更好的学业成绩。从学校获得的奖杯和成就，能鼓励我更加努力，因为这代表了我的学科老师对我学习的认可，这也说明我的努力得到了回报。
PEAK 项目是学校许多学生的动力。直到现在，我仍然可以看到许多学生在放学后或休息时间向老师提出不同的问题，他们瞄准更高的目标，并努力实现。老实说，我喜欢这种学习环境。
通过两位优秀代表的采访，相信大家获益良多。可以看出其实两位同学的共同点都是在于对学习的主动性以及对自我负责的态度，这才是进步的动力源泉。
At NAS Shenzhen, there is a group that cannot be ignored most, and that is the power of students. They are like a PH test paper, whether the school management discipline is strict, whether the school life is happy, how the classroom teaching is... It can be seen at a glance through their demeanor.
The broadcast of primary information on school news is attributed to our News Club. The news agency was established in 2020. The instructor is Mr. Simon, and the members include students in grades 7-9 and IG students. They broadcast school news every Thursday, follow-up report of college activities, and the live broadcast of the basketball match.
We believe that the significance of our News Club is to make every member of the school feel like a member of the family and know what is happening in the family at any time. For example, last week, the school awarded honorary certificates and exquisite trophies to students who performed well in subjects and PEAK Programme. We hope to bring the experience of outstanding students to every classmate through interviews, and we also hope that this will allow the school to hear the voices of our students

the Scholastic Asia young storyteller award competition this semester and won the third prize. At the same time, she won both science and art awards in the PEAK Programme.
When you meet a problem in the process of learning, how do you solve the problem?
Well, this depends. If I meet a problem in school, I usually ask my subject / homeroom teachers. If I’m in my house, I ask my parents for help. But when I am alone, I first think about the possible solutions and choose the most logical one.

I heared that you have been awarded with an English debate award, how do you learn English?
I read English books when I have time. When I read an English book, I try to understand the plot and every word in the book, but when I don’t know a word, I search it online or in the dictionary. When I finish reading a number of books, my parents would give me a prize which is usually a toy or some snacks, it really encourages me to read more and learn more.

Thank you Victoria for giving us some of her own views and experiences on learning. Let’s listen to some sharing from Ray, the representative of senior students:
Ray is a model representative among students. She is not only the host of the school winter showcase and one of the members of the News Club, but also won three PEAK awards in mid-term assessment and became a leader in the program of excellence.
How does PEAK Programme benefit you and the others in the school?
To me, I think the PEAK Programme is a booster for me and helps me step towards better academic results. The trophies and achievements I get from the school encourages me to work harder. I believe these achievements represents my subject teacher’s approvements towards my education. This also shows that my efforts had paid off.
To others, this programme could also encourage others to work harder. The PEAK Programme is a motivation for many students in the school. Till now, I can still see many students asking teachers' different questions after school or at break time, they aim higher goals and try their best to achieve them. To be honest, I love this learning environment.
Through the interviews with two outstanding representatives, I believe that everyone has benefited a lot. It can be seen that what the two students have in common lies in their initiative in learning and an attitude towards self-responsibility. This is the source of motivation for progress.
