On 13 April, BMH conducted a special bilingual lecture, which was attended by not only our party comrades, party applicants and Chinese teachers, but also nearly 20 foreign teachers from different countries, including our excutive headmaster, Dr. Wall.
The theme of the lecture was "The Communist Party of China and Chinese Dream". The party class was hosted by Ms Xiong, the first secretary of our school, and was given by Prof. Jiang.
Prof. Jiang Chunzhong
A master degree in Scientific Socialism and the International Communist Movement ;
Served as high-level government officials in different positions in Longhua District; Now working as Deputy Secretary in Longhua Government Data Administration; receives positive feedback from his lectures in today’s topic.
In this lecture, Professor Jiang gave all teachers a vivid party lesson from four aspects. He used illustrations and text to give the teachers a deep impression of the hardships and difficulties of the Chinese Communist Party along the way and its outstanding contribution to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Professor Jiang also emphasised that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, Shenzhen has achieved "five historic leaps" in just 40 years, creating a miracle in the history of world development. Professor Jiang is confident that every Chinese and foreign teacher here will grow to love Shenzhen and be more and more proud to work and live in this city!
The lecture was concluded by Ms Xiong. She hoped that all teachers at BMH would take the opportunity to learn about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great achievements of the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese teachers should remember and work and study hard; the foreign teachers from all over the world are also the practitioners and witnesses of the Chinese dream.
Finally the Headmaster, Dr. Wall, made his own speech, saying that today's lecture had not only deepened his understanding of modern Chinese history, but had also given him a new perspective on the Communist Party of China. On behalf of all the teachers, he also expressed his gratitude to Secretary Jiang for coming!
After the lecture, the feedback from the teachers was very positive.
