G20青年企业家联盟中国理事会理事长韩天启表示，在全国范围内的顶尖高级中学中选择深圳诺德双语学校作为未来领袖培养基地，在于其办学理念与理事会的人才培养理念高度契合。G20YEA中国理事会的重要使命是：汇聚中国最有潜力的“Z世代”青年，持续助力其国际化发展。未来领袖培养基地的设立，将为深圳诺德双语学校的学生提供具有前瞻性、高含金量的成长成才机会。

Jakub校长与韩天启理事长、执行主任张一驰与共同签署未来领袖培养基地战略合作备忘录，双方约定将于两周内进行主题分享。经基地校推选而出的优秀学员将在导师的指导下，从G20峰会和联合国可持续发展目标相关议题出发，通过商业创新思维和项目制学习方式探究和解决各领域真实的可持续发展问题。同时，大会将选拔并推荐中国杰出青少年登上G20青年企业家联盟国际峰会、中国与全球化论坛、联合国驻华系统青年活动等权威全球性平台。

4月20日，深圳诺德双语学校开展了第二期线上名师大讲堂系列讲座，G20青年企业家联盟中国理事会韩天启理事长为深圳诺德双语学校学子分享了他对于创新人才的思考及建议。

韩理事长鼓励青年学子要有强大的自驱力，而自驱力来自于我们看到更大的世界，认识到更多厉害的人。只有受到外界的刺激，真实地走出去与人交流，才会认清自己的渺小，知道自己为什么而努力。韩理事长还一针见血地指出了当代学生发展的困境：

To attach importance to youth is to attach importance to the future. NAS Shenzhen has always been committed to cultivating children's creativity, tenacity, and global vision to prepare them for future challenges. To this end, NAS Shenzhen joined hands with the G20 YEA to carry out international education projects such as the Future Innovator Conference and the Scholar Lectures. Students can gain an in-depth understanding of future industry trends, grasp personal development in practical learning, and spread the voice of Chinese youth to the world.

Mr. Han, the chairman of the China Council of the G20 YEA, mentioned that NAS Shenzhen was chosen as the future leader training base among the top senior middle schools in the country because its educational concept is highly consistent with the council's development concept. The important mission of the G20 YEA China Council is to bring together China's most potential "Generation Z" youth and continue to help their international development. The establishment of the future leader training base will provide prospective and valuable growth opportunities for the students of NAS Shenzhen.

NAS Shenzhen International Principal Jakub Peciak, G20 YEA Chairman Tianqi Han, and Executive Director Yichi Zhang signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation for future leaders' training base. The two parties agreed to share themes within two weeks. The outstanding students selected by the base school will explore and solve real sustainable development problems in various fields through business innovation thinking and project-based learning, starting from the G20 summit and related topics of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals under the guidance of the mentors. At the same time, the conference will select and recommend outstanding Chinese youth to participate in authoritative global platforms such as the G20 YEA International Summit, China and Globalization Forum, and the Youth Activities of the United Nations System in China.

On April 20th, NAS Shenzhen held the second online Scholar Lecture. Mr. Han, chairman of the G20 YEA China Council, shared his thoughts and recommendations on the innovative talents of students.

Mr. Han encouraged young students to develop purpose and passion, which come from experiencing the real world and interacting with influential people. Only by truly going out to communicate with others can we recognize our own significance and know what goals we should work hard for.
