SIFC will gather senior New Oriental TOEFL teachers, interdisciplinary art teachers and modern pentathlon elite sports coaches to provide professional courses and training to students. Pan Deng: Master of the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Nord-Calais, France, independent artist, his film works have won awards at many international film festivals. Cheng Zhang, Master of Sociology from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the teaching supervisor of the TOEFL listening group of Shenzhen International Education and Training Center. Yuying Chen, Bachelor of English Language and Literature from Central South University, senior excellent teacher of New Oriental, former director of reading teaching and research, has the most number of students that have had an improved reading score with her help. 训练营将进行分层教学，根据正式的托福考试成绩（校外生）或校内托福考试成绩（在校生）对同学们进行入营评估。
