Dear SAIS families and parents, I hope you enjoy this summer break! At the same time, we would like to remind you that there are some requirements issued by Shenzhen Education Bureau that need your attentions in order for SAIS students to start their semester normally.

1. Students from primary and middle schools, kindergartens and their family members should return to Shenzhen one week before the school starts. Nucleic acid test should be performed "one test per day" in the first 3 days after the school starts, and their health status should be reported every day for 7 days before the school starts,  try to minimize the times of going out. Nucleic acid test shall be conducted every day for 3 consecutive days before the start of the semester. Students shall be admitted to the school with qualified health declaration, nucleic acid test record for 3 consecutive days, negative nucleic acid test report within 24 hours, Yuekang code green code, verification itinerary card, etc. The school has established a "one person, one gear" ledger for teachers, students and staff who are away from Shenzhen to dynamically grasp the basic information, itinerary information and health status of teachers, students and staff.

2. Teachers, students and staff who have not left school shall carry out self-health management 7 days before returning to school, complete nucleic acid test in Shenzhen for 3 consecutive days before school starts, and enter school with qualified health declaration, nucleic acid test record for 3 consecutive days, negative nucleic acid test report within 24 hours, Yuekang code green code, verification itinerary card, etc.

亲爱的深美家庭和家长，希望你们享受这个暑假！同时我们也想提醒您，为了让深美的学生们正常开学，有一些深圳教育局发布的开学要求需要您注意。

1.离深的中小学校、幼儿园学生及同行家属，要在开学入校前提前一周返深，返深后的前3天核酸检测“1天1检”，开学前7天每天上报健康状况，尽量减少外出。开学前连续3天核酸每天一检，凭健康申报合格、连续3天核酸检测记录、24小时内核酸检测阴性报告、粤康码绿码、核验行程卡等入校。学校建立离深师生员工“一人一档”台账，动态掌握师生员工基本情况、行程信息及健康情况。

2.未离深的师生员工，返校前7天开展自我健康管理，开学前连续3天在深圳完成核酸检测，凭健康申报合格、连续3天核酸检测记录、24小时内核酸检测阴性报告、粤康码绿码、核验行程卡等入校。

According to the education bureau, we need to have all the large meetings online. So there will be a slight adjustment on our Parent Guide Day, it will be held on 31st August,12:00-14:00.    

We would love to have it in person in the school but right now we just have to wait and see.

We'll be having the meeting online via Teams and the links for each class will be sent out by 31st, thank you for your understanding and collaboration.

      根据教育局规定，所有的大型会议均需要改成线上形式举行，因此我们的家长指导日将会有轻微的调整，将会在8月31日12:00-14:00举行。

      我们非常希望能在学校举办，但现在我们只能静观其变。
