9月19日返校典礼上，华美首届国语文化节启动，魏旭涛校长助理进行文化节启动宣讲，倡议学生开展“华彩·美读”阅读一本好书活动。

各学段语文老师根据不同学生特点，推荐课外优秀书目。华美学子们掀起了读书热潮，浸润书香,畅游书海，通过亲子共读、读书笔记、阅读思维导图等多种形式，分享自己阅读的喜悦与收获。

9月26日，魏旭涛校长助理在华美大礼堂向全体学生开展了“演讲与口才素养提升讲座”。魏助就朗读技巧做了专业细致的辅导，从读好一篇文章入手，通过内部技巧，让孩子感悟作品读出情感；运用外部技巧，通过“停连、重音、语气、语速”以及吐字发音方法等让学生读出变化。大礼堂里，师生互动，热情高涨，书声琅琅。

On September 26, Assistant Principal Wei Xutao held the "Speech and Eloquence Improvement Lectures" to all students in the Huamei Auditorium.

各年级语文老师结合学生特点，相继开展读写专题提升讲座。一二年级的小朋友们通过共读《闪闪的红星》、《我爸爸》等绘本故事培养学生阅读兴趣，三到六年级通过培养多种阅读方法提升学生阅读能力，七到八年级针对中考进行读写思路与技巧专项讲练。各年级学生在专项培训中不同程度地提升了阅读兴趣与素养，为终生阅读的良好习惯习惯养成添砖加瓦。

9月26日，华美“喜迎二十大·硬笔书法大赛”拉开帷幕，每位学子都积极参与，书写经典诗词，抒发爱党爱国之情，在字里行间体味书法的奥妙。

9月29日，华美“喜迎二十大·硬笔书法大赛”决赛顺利举行。二十余位从初赛中脱颖而出的书法小高手，怀着对党的祝福，书写毛主席词作《七律·长征》。气势磅礴的红色经典诗词涌动在孩子们心中，落在纸上游云惊龙，书就铁画银钩。

On September 29, the finals of Huamei's "Welcome to the 20th National Congress of Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition" were successfully held.

本次活动激发了孩子们对国家通用语言文字的热爱，培养学生正确的书写习惯，引导学生把汉字写得正确、端正、整洁、美观，让学生从小练就一手好字，体会书法蕴藏的艺术之妙，感受汉字蕴含的智慧之美，立志“用心写字，方正做人”，争做红心向党的新时代好少年！

10月9日，“华彩·美作”现场作文决赛顺利举行。小学部与初中部的决赛选手以“推荐一本好书”为题，从儿童文学到历史传记，从四大名著到世界名篇。

10月17日，“华彩·美诵”诗歌朗诵大赛在大礼堂隆重开启。本次比赛以班级为单位，朗诵经典与红色诗篇。全校同学怀着赤诚之心，声情并茂，字字珠玑，用真挚饱满的感情，抒发着对祖国无限的热爱与赞美，为深秋的华美校园增添勃勃生机。诗歌首首，让同学们感受着国语文化源远流长、博大精深的魅力；诵读声声，把华美首届国语文化节推向高潮！

On October 17th, the "Chinese Color Beauty Chanting" Poetry Recitation Competition was grandly opened in the auditorium.

各班精心准备，节目各有千秋。有的温雅柔和，张弛有度，低声吟诵，有如涓涓流水润泽心灵；有的铿锵有力，激情澎湃，抑扬顿挫，有金声玉润之美。每个节目都深深打动着在场同学，大家陶醉其中，感动其中。

Each class is meticulously prepared, and the program has its own merits. 

101班的小朋友，身着汉服，以活泼欢快的古诗新唱，把汉乐府《江南》采莲的喜悦祥和洒满会场。

The children of Class 101 filled the venue with the joy and harmony of picking lotus flowers in Han Yuefu's "Jiangnan".

201班朗诵《悯农》，301班的同学们表演诗剧《清平乐·村居》。两首诗词道出了乡村生活的两面。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”秋收之际，诵读此诗，城市里的孩子们更能深刻体会到农民种田之艰辛，庄稼成长之不易，珍惜粮食，懂得感恩。“茅檐低小，溪上青青草”这首充满人情之美和生活之趣的宋词，听之清新优美,读来唇齿留香，带着同学们在忙碌的学习中领略乡村生活的宁静安适。

Class 201 recited "Sympathy for Agriculture", and the students of class 301 performed the poem drama "Qing Ping Le Village". 

401班师生合作，带来了诵唱俱佳的《游子吟》，歌颂母爱的伟大与无私，感恩母亲，表达对母亲的深深的爱与尊敬，深情用心地表演，让人动容。

The teachers and students of Class 401 cooperated to bring "The Wanderer's Song", which was well recited and sung. 

701班用《中国话》表达对国语文化和祖国的深切热爱，给在场的同学们带来了一场心灵的洗礼。

501班和八年级的《七律·长征》，502班的《我的祖国》，601班的《我骄傲，我是中国人》，702班的《我和我的祖国》等节目，以恢宏磅礴的气势，别出心裁的表演，歌颂了祖国历经磨难却百折不挠、生生不息的精神，表达了对祖国的深切热爱和美好祝福。602班的《明日歌》诉说着作为新时代少年，华美学子将祖国置于心中，奋发图强，立志抓紧今天，充实明天，有所作为，报效祖国。同学们在高声诵读中传承红色基因，弘扬红色精神，现场观众倍受鼓舞，礼堂掌声雷动，经久不息。

"Seven Laws Long March" in Class 501 and Grade 8, "My Motherland" in Class 502, "I Am Proud, I Am Chinese" in Class 601 , Class 702's "My Motherland and Me" and other programs, with magnificent momentum and ingenious performances, sang the praise of the motherland's indomitable and endless spirit after hardships.               

本次诗歌朗诵比赛作为增强民族历史文化传承和认同，加强文化自信，培养爱国主义教育的重头戏，锻炼了学生的语言表达能力，提升了学生的综合素养。

This poetry recitation competition exercised the students' language expression ability and improved the students' comprehensive quality.
